The eighth Iran Labor Exhibition will welcome visitors on Mehr 22, 23 and 24 (1405), from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the exhibition halls of Milad Tower in Tehran.
The 8th Iran Work Fair will be held after a mandatory break, with the slogan "Together Again" from 22 to 24 Mehr 1405 in the exhibition halls of Milad Tower, Tehran. This event provides an opportunity for direct communication between jobseekers and organizations, familiarization with job opportunities and participation in learning and career development programs. Attending the exhibition is free and open to the public from 10:00 to 18:00.
An opportunity for direct dialogue between job seekers and organizations
In the Iran job fair, the present organizations introduce their job opportunities and employment needs, and job seekers can talk to human resource managers and representatives of technical teams in person. This communication is an opportunity for applicants to get information about job responsibilities, required skills, terms of cooperation, and recruitment procedures, and to submit resumes for positions that match their experience and expertise.
These meetings also help to get to know both sides better. Job seekers get to know the organizational culture, work environment and growth opportunities in the groups, and organizations can get a preliminary understanding of their experiences, abilities and motivations in a conversation with the applicants.
The presence of organizations from different industries
In this course, collections from the fields of industry, technology, medicine, consumer goods, financial services and education are present. Iran's 8th job fair will be held with the presence of Fekur Sanat Tehran, Zeist Arvand Farmed, Golrang Industrial Group, Naft Design and Construction, Solico Kale Group, Novo Nordisk, Tribune and prominent companies of the country.
The diversity of the activity areas of these organizations allows visitors to explore different work paths. Those interested can check the list of companies and job positions on the job fair page on the Jobvision website and plan to visit their desired booths before visiting.
Job Fair Plus; A space for measurement, feedback and career growth
In addition to introducing cooperation opportunities, the "Jobfair Plus" section deals with the professional preparation and career growth of visitors. This section has plans for people who are about to enter the job market, who want to check their performance in job interviews, and people who are looking for professional advancement.
Jobfer Plus services are provided in three sections:
Guru Work and Life School: assessment and training of soft skills with the aim of better understanding the abilities and skills that need to be strengthened in the work environment.
Game village: games and self-discovery activities to pay attention to interests, abilities and ways of facing different situations.

These programs provide an opportunity for visitors, in addition to reviewing job positions, to get feedback about their readiness to enter the labor market or continue their professional path.

Exhibition workshops are held with experienced people from large companies and are dedicated to knowledge of work areas, transfer of experience and familiarity with the skills required in the work environment.
The topics of these programs range from entering the labor market, attracting young talent and how employers look at hiring, to designing a career path with the help of coaches and mentors, building professional capital, accounting, sales, the credit industry, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of jobs.
