Lorestan Central Prosecutor Urges Faster Handling of Backlogged Cases in Delfan

Noorabad – During visits to various branches of the Delfan County Prosecutor's Office, the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Lorestan Central Province stressed the need to protect public rights, respect visitors, and reduce delays in judicial proceedings.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Ali Hassanvand, the public and revolutionary prosecutor of Lorestan center, in continuation of the monitoring programs and evaluation of the performance of the jurisdictions of the province, he visited the different departments of the public and revolutionary prosecutor of Delfan city.

During this visit, the cases in the investigative, prosecutorial and sentence enforcement branches were examined, and Hasanvand talked with the judges and administrative staff of the prosecutor's office about the process of handling cases and issues related to the activities of this complex.

In a meeting with the judicial and administrative colleagues of the city, he said, referring to the capacities of Delfan: the judicial system has an active presence in the region to ensure stable security, support legitimate investment, and protect the rights of the Bank, and the realization of these goals requires careful attention to the issues and demands of the people.

Reducing the delay of proceedings and honoring clients

The General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Lorestan Center considered honoring the lord and taking decisive action along with Islamic morals as the essential principles of judicial system employees, and added: The judges of the city prosecutor's office should provide the basis for speeding up the processing of requests and the assignment of people's cases by carefully managing cases.

Hasanvand also emphasized the necessity of reducing the delay of proceedings and dealing with pending cases and demanded serious attention to the timing and process of following up the cases so that the judicial affairs of the citizens are determined in the shortest possible time and within the framework of the law.

Dealing with the demands of citizens during the visit

In another part of this visit, the central prosecutor of Lorestan directly listened to the words and requests of the clients present in the Delfan courtroom and issued the necessary orders for the legal investigation of their demands.

This visit was carried out in the framework of the supervision programs of the judicial system of the province and with the aim of checking the process of providing services, evaluating the performance of branches and following up on clients' issues.
