Cultural approvals should reach the field of action from the decision stage

Birjand- The representative of the religious jurist in South Khorasan said: The past approvals should be prioritized and communicated to the responsible institutions for implementation in accordance with the current conditions, so that expert productions in the field of culture reach the implementation stage.

According to Mehr reporter, Ayatollah Alireza Ebadi said before noon on Saturday in the Public Culture Council of the province, referring to the need to pay more attention to cultural issues: In a situation where cultural issues are more important than ever, it is a criticism that the meetings of this area have been closed or partially canceled for some reason.

The representative of Wali-e-Faqih in South Khorasan added: One of the suggestions to improve this situation is to reduce the distance between meetings and hold one or two meetings per month focusing on priority issues and implementing resolutions.

Ayatollah Ebadi emphasized the necessity of reviewing the past approvals and stated: The first step should be to present the previous approvals and evaluate their content with today's conditions. Then the approvals that have priority are put on the agenda and a decision is made to implement them.

Stating that culture is one of the most important issues in the human world, he continued: Basically, human creation is a cultural creation and no one can change this fact. Even the one who denies it, if he understands the truth of the matter, he will not continue this denial.

Referring to the interpretation attributed to Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (AS) about the existence of a great world in the human being, the representative of the religious jurist in South Khorasan said: The meaning of this saying is that all the world is summed up in the human being.

Explaining the difference between humans and other creatures, Ayatollah Ebadi added: Other creatures are defined in logical divisions, in the form of gender and type, and each of them is in the framework of their own characteristics.

He continued: But man was created free and has a power that other creatures do not have, and that power is will.

The representative of the religious jurist in South Khorasan stated that the will of man is based on knowledge, and clarified that: a human being wills based on the same belief at any level of knowledge and belief, and these levels can be very different; In such a way that a person can move in the path of being angelic or approach traits such as a fox, wolf, lion or even a rabid dog.

Emphasizing the role of culture in the formation of human identity, Ayatollah Ebadi said: Human identity is formed at every level, in accordance with his culture and existential structure, therefore, a worthy culture that is compatible with human reason, revelation and nature should be brought to life in the existence of humans, so that humans with superior culture can rule the world.

He pointed out: If Islamic civilization is formed in its true sense, a world will emerge that will be higher than the world of angels, and moving towards such a goal is the way forward for society.

Defending culture, religion and land is everyone's duty

Referring to the developments in the world today, the representative of the religious jurist in South Khorasan said: despite all the sufferings and problems that have occurred in the path of the Islamic revolution, a change has been created in the people of the world thanks to this revolution, and if this movement achieves its goal, the problems faced against it will be an insignificant capital.

Ayatollah Ebadi, referring to the current situation and what he calls the conflict between the front of disbelief and religion, added: "Today, a great test has taken place and all disbelief has faced all religion."

Emphasizing that the approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran is not to attack others, he stated: In our school and constitution, there is no place for attacking others; We have not even slapped anyone, but the enemy has attacked us with combined warfare for the past 47 years and in various forms.

Explaining the difference between defense and jihad, the representative of the religious jurist in South Khorasan said: Defense is necessary and every creature must defend itself.

He stated that in defense conditions, responsibilities are defined according to the ability of people, and added: In defense, the conditions and rulings related to Jihad are not relevant in the same way that some people are exempted from defense responsibility because they are women, sick or busy; Rather, everyone should defend themselves, culture, religion, honor, water and soil according to their ability and capabilities.

The representative of Wali Faqih in South Khorasan, referring to the need to spread this culture in the society, said: Fortunately, this culture exists in the society, but the problem is, with what mechanism can it be spread? Cultural meetings should also play a role in this direction.

The necessity of turning cultural meetings into executive headquarters

Ayatollah Ebadi, referring to the promises made to reduce the distance between the meetings, said: It is hoped that these meetings will be held once or twice a month and that the issues will be examined more carefully and expertly.

He emphasized: Proportions and priorities must be weighed so that what is produced can be implemented. This means that if an issue is prepared in one week, expertly and according to time and priorities, managers in different environments can implement it in the same week.

Pointing to the success of South Khorasan in some areas, while appreciating the good people and officials of the province, Ebadi said: Despite the capacities and successes that exist in different parts of the country and the Islamic world, South Khorasan has also achieved success in many issues.

He once again emphasized the need to pay attention to past approvals and added: All previous approvals that are still effective should be presented so that they can be put into action after review and approval for implementation.
