Milad Tower Renamed; Zakani Issues Order for New Company Head

Under an order issued by Alireza Zakani, Tehran's Milad Tower has been renamed the Milad Tehran Tourism and Recreation Company.

Based on the decree issued by Alireza Zakani, Milad Tehran Tower was renamed to Milad Tehran Tourism and Entertainment Company.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan from Radio and Television; Milad Tehran Tourism and Entertainment Company was established after nearly 5 years with the support of Tehran Municipality and City Council and Tehran Mayor Abbas Heydari was appointed as its CEO.

The introduction of the historical, cultural, tourism and recreational capacities of the capital and the restoration and optimal exploitation of the cultural and historical heritage are among the missions of this company.

By creating an innovative and identity-oriented model for Tehran's tourism and by creating a network of attractions and activating the capacity of neighborhoods and narrating Tehran's identity and history, this company can achieve important activities in terms of the fair development of social vitality and the quality of life of citizens and the prosperity of the tourism economy by using modern technologies.

Before this, Abbas Heidari was the CEO of Milad Tower in Tehran.
