No room for delay on the "Kouy Parvaz" housing project in Hamedan

Hamedan – The head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation said the project's commitment dates back to 2019 and its land was handed over in 2023, adding that there is now no room for delay.

Hamadan, the head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation, said: The commitment of this project was made in 2018 and the land was delivered in 1402, and now there is no chance to delay.

According to Mehr reporter, Manouchehr Khajeh Deloui, during a field visit to Hamedan's "Flight Pier" housing project on Tuesday afternoon, pointed out the scale and importance of this project and stated: "Flight Pier is not just a construction project, but a large settlement with wide biological dimensions that has direct effects on the future of the city of Hamedan, and if comprehensive measures are not foreseen from now on, we will face urban and social challenges in the future."

Emphasizing the necessity of preserving the dignity of the applicants of the National Housing Movement, he added: Although the majority of the applicants for this project are low-income and honorable sections of the society, these families deserve to benefit from a quality living environment and necessary living standards, and we should not focus only on the construction of residential units, but the construction of parks and green spaces, service centers, education, health, and sustainable infrastructure should proceed simultaneously and step by step with the construction of the units. And delivery of housing without facilities does not create real habitability.

The head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation further pointed to the implementation background of the Koi Faraz housing project and said: the commitment of this project belongs to 2018 and the land was delivered in 1402, and now there is no time for delay and it should be compensated with operational planning and continuous monitoring of annual backlogs so that people can settle in their units in the shortest possible time.

He considered the provision of stable financial resources as the vital artery of this project and stated: the credit needs of the project must be accurately estimated and defined in the framework of a clear timetable of the financial obligations of all the trustees.

Referring to the real estate and land capacity of the National Land and Housing Organization for financial support of the national housing movement, Khajeh Deloui noted: the use of these capacities should not be left on paper and these decisions should immediately enter the operational and liquidation phase so that the timely injection of credit to the workshops does not cause the construction process to stop or slow down.

He also considered strengthening the project's managerial and supervisory structure as a necessity and emphasized: the implementation of a project with the scale of Koi Fawaz is beyond the ability of individual and traditional management and the ability of specialized teams, consulting engineering companies and efficient forces should be used to manage resources and control the project.

In the end, the head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation emphasized on maintaining the red line of quality along with the speed of implementation and called for regular meetings to monitor the approvals and increase synergy between all the service providers and the provincial institutions in order to provide the basis for the flawless delivery of this project to the noble people of Hamedan.
