Friendly Meeting of the Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage with Lorestan Staff; Review of Concerns and Livelihood Issues

A friendly meeting was held between Behrouz Nedaei, Deputy for Management and Resource Development at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, and staff of the Lorestan Provincial Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts. Staff raised issues, problems and concerns, and matters related to the unit's performance, administrative demands and livelihood conditions were reviewed.

An intimate meeting was held between Behrouz Nadai, Deputy Director of Management and Resource Development of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, with the staff of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Lorestan province. In this meeting, the employees expressed their issues, problems and concerns, and issues related to the performance of the collection, administrative demands and their living conditions were discussed.

According to the reporter of Arya Heritage, an intimate meeting was held between Behrouz Nadai, Deputy Director of Management and Resource Development of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, with the staff of the General Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Lorestan province. The meeting was formed with the aim of direct dialogue with the employees, examining the existing issues and problems and following up on their demands.

In this meeting, the employees of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Lorestan province, while presenting the performance report and describing the activities carried out in different areas, expressed their views, issues and concerns in the administrative, organizational and executive fields. Also, some problems and obstacles in the way of performing tasks and daily activities of the employees were raised in order to provide the basis for investigating and pursuing suitable solutions to solve them.

One of the important axes of this meeting was to examine the living conditions of the employees and raise issues related to the economic conditions and their demands. In this section, issues related to the improvement of living conditions and the need to pay attention to the issues and needs of employees were discussed and exchanged.

In this meeting, the Deputy Director of Management and Resources Development of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts also examined the issues raised by the employees and emphasized on the follow-up of issues and demands within the framework of existing capacities and facilities.

Based on the discussions raised in this meeting, handling the issues of employees and providing the necessary assistance will be followed up, taking into account the relevant rules and regulations and in accordance with providing the necessary credits at the provincial and ministry levels.

Holding such meetings can be the basis for strengthening the interaction between employees and managers, more accurately identifying problems and providing a suitable platform for pursuing demands and improving the working and living conditions of employees of the cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts complex of Lorestan province.
