Qaempanah: Extremism and Polarization Are Incompatible with the Country's Interests

Tabriz – The President's Executive Deputy, stressing the need to strengthen national cohesion, said extremism and polarization are incompatible with the country's interests and emphasized the necessity of resolving disputes through prudence and rationality.

According to Mehr reporter, Mohammad Jaafar Qaimpanah, in the gathering of Tabriz intellectuals, on Wednesday evening, referring to the sensitive conditions of the country and the need to maintain unity and empathy, stated: Extremists provide the basis for the formation of false dualities in the society, and to overcome this situation, one must act with tact and rationality.

He stated that the 14th government and Masoud Al-Madijian are working to reduce the gaps and strengthen national integration, adding: It is normal for differences of opinion in different parts of society, including government institutions, universities, seminaries and social environments; But these differences should not lead to confrontation and polarization of the country's issues.

Referring to the position of the armed forces and security institutions in the structure of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the executive vice president stated: the government, the IRGC forces and the security commanders of the country do not seek to create false dichotomies, and the system's overall view is based on preserving the country's national interests and authority.

The necessity of crossing false dichotomies in the sensitive conditions of the country

Emphasizing that differences of opinion should not prevent cooperation to solve national issues, Qaim Panah noted that the society is made up of different intellectual and political spectrums and by accepting this diversity, interaction and cooperation between different groups should be provided.

In another part of his speech, referring to regional developments and the topic of negotiations, he said: neither absolute war nor absolute negotiation can be considered as the definitive solution to the country's problems; During various developments, including the 12-day war, diplomacy and rationality have always had their place.

The executive vice president emphasized the necessity of avoiding absolutist views by stating that decision-making about the country's issues requires attention to national conditions and interests.

The supreme leader of the revolution is the most Iran-friendly leader in history

Qaim Panah further described the supreme leader of the revolution as "the most Iran-friendly leader in history" and said: both during the martyr's leadership period and the current leadership period, the macro view has been based on maintaining authority and national interests.

Referring to the Supreme Leader of the Revolution's recent emphasis on the Iranian flag and using the capabilities of Ferdowsi's Shahnameh in the reopening of schools, he considered this issue to be an expression of attention to Iranian identity and culture.

Referring to the position of the Shahnameh in preserving Iran's historical identity, the executive vice president said: "In his narratives, Ferdowsi has depicted authority alongside wisdom, and the Shahnameh is full of stories that reflect Iran's history, culture and identity."

The 14th government seeks to strengthen national integration

Referring to the formation of the 14th government by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and the votes of the people, Qaim Panah emphasized the necessity of using the capacity of this government to strengthen empathy and cooperation in the country.

He said: The presence of the new government in the current situation can give new life to the country and this opportunity should be strengthened with patience, empathy and interaction.

The executive vice president listed the welcoming of criticism and listening to the voice of the opposition as one of the approaches of the 14th government and added: the diversity of opinions and views is an opportunity for the country's excellence and this capacity should be used to advance affairs and solve problems.

Inviting academics and elites to cooperate in the progress of Iran
