Governor of Khorasan Razavi emphasized on the development of public participation and improvement of the quality of education in the educational justice movement

Governor of Khorasan Razavi said: Realization of educational justice, along with the development of educational spaces, requires expanding public participation, improving the quality of education and strengthening cultural and artistic infrastructures so that schools and educational complexes become effective centers for the growth of the young generation.

According to Ambassador Arjan from Khorasan, Gholam Hossein Mozafari, in the ceremony of using the projects of the movement for the development of justice in the educational spaces of the country, which started simultaneously with the whole country and with the speech of the president, pointed out the priority of educational justice in the government's programs, emphasized the necessity of developing people's participation in school building and simultaneously paying attention to the expansion of educational spaces and improving the quality of education.

Referring to the continuous follow-up of educational issues in the province, he stated: Since the beginning of the movement for the development of justice in educational spaces, weekly meetings have been held with the presence of managers, benefactors, and related officials in order to speed up the process of eliminating educational deficiencies through synergy and collective participation.

The governor of Khorasan Razavi stated that in the approach emphasized by the president, attracting people's participation is particularly important in the construction of schools, and added: conditions must be provided so that people with different abilities and facilities can participate in the development of educational spaces and the responsibility for the progress of this area is not on the shoulders of a specific group.

Expanding public participation in school building

Appreciating the efforts of school-building benefactors, Mozafari said: The benefactors who have built many schools have played a valuable role in the development of educational spaces. However, the main strategy should be to expand public participation so that more people can play a role in school building according to their ability and capabilities.

Referring to the formation of the campaign "With Me" in Razavi Khorasan and its expansion in the country, he continued: "We are happy that this movement started in the province and people with different capabilities came to the field to build a school." Strengthening such movements can provide the basis for wider participation of people in the realization of educational justice.

Governor of Khorasan Razavi, referring to the programs for the academic year 1405-1406, stated: In addition to completing the educational spaces and implementing the remaining projects, we must pursue the improvement of the quality of education, increase the effectiveness of schools, and strengthen their role in the neighborhood and society. Because the development of physical space, despite its great importance, alone does not answer all the needs of the educational system.

The necessity of developing the cultural and artistic infrastructure of Mashhad

Referring to the capacity of the educational and cultural complex opened in Mashhad, Mozaffari said: Compared to a normal school or conservatory, this complex has more capacity for cultural and artistic activities and can become a center for cultural transformation in the region.

He added: We must use the capacity of this complex to compensate for the lack of cultural spaces and, with the cooperation of related institutions, provide more activities for Mashhad's artists and youth.

Governor of Khorasan Razavi emphasized the necessity of determining the appropriate mechanism to exploit the cultural capacities of the city and stated: The establishment of the Mashhad theater campus should also be pursued seriously. This collection has remained undecided for many years and it is necessary to provide the ground for its use for artistic and cultural activities of the youth with the cooperation of the municipality and other responsible institutions.

Mozafari also announced the pursuit of establishing an art faculty at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and said: With the initial approval of the Minister of Science, the establishment of this faculty has been put on the agenda and we hope that this matter will be pursued more quickly.

Referring to the historical and civilizational capacities of Khorasan and Mashhad, he pointed out: this region has wide capabilities to play a cultural role at the regional level, and the countries of Central Asia are also paying attention to the capacities of this civilizational area.

The governor of Khorasan Razavi continued: In the trips made to the countries of the region, the attention to the historical and cultural links with Khorasan is evident, and this issue increases the responsibility of the province for the development of cultural, educational and artistic infrastructures.

Referring to the population of Mashhad and the necessity of providing facilities that meet the needs of the citizens, Mozafari emphasized: the development of cultural centers, art collections and cultural spaces should be followed according to the population and capacities of Mashhad so that these facilities serve the young generation and artists.

He also emphasized the necessity of maximum use of the capacity of cultural complexes and added: by creating appropriate management structures and taking advantage of the participation of cultural activists, the field of more effective use of these spaces should be provided.

School security and responsibility for the future generation

In another part of his speech, the governor of Khorasan Razavi, referring to the responsibility of today's generation in building the future of the country, said: the facilities that are provided today by the efforts of officials, benefactors and other activists are for the future generation, and we must provide an environment so that students can build their future with more motivation and ability.

Honoring the memory of student martyrs, especially the students of Minab martyr, Mozafari emphasized the need to maintain the security of schools and added: School should be a safe environment for students to study and grow, not a place that endangers their lives and safety.
