Head of the Basij Organization said: When the Americans started the war, they had a military budget of 1.040 trillion dollars, while Iran's defense budget, in foreign currency terms, is single-digit, yet it stood firm against a trillion-dollar force.

According to the report of the Ambassador of Arjan, Hujjatul Islamwal Muslimin Hossein Tayeb, this morning at the first conference of artificial intelligence and cyber security entitled "Children of Haj Qasim Technology", said: "The name of martyr Haj Qasim Soleimani shines like a blazing sun over this province-led and revolutionary province."

He stated: Although Haj Qasim was born in this great and honorable province, he was trained in the school of Hazrat Ruhollah and a soldier with the sincerity of Imam Rahal and a martyred leader.

Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimeen Hossein Taib continued his speech and said: Today in this gathering we are talking about one of the great responsibilities of this generation, building a strong position of Iran in the future, where knowledge and technology form an important part of the power of countries, so the event of artificial intelligence and cyber security, which is decorated with the name of the children of Haj Qasim, finds a special place.

He expressed his gratitude to those involved in the organization of Haj Qasim's Technical Children's Summit and expressed: "If we have gathered today to show this action, it is the result of many years of efforts of the youth and the support of all our loved ones, which has led to the creation of such an event."

Referring to the importance of the artificial intelligence and cyber security summit of Haj Qasim, the head of the country's mobilization organization, added: If we refer to the enemy's plan in the 12-day war and the Ramadan war, we see that the Israeli-American plan was to target the commanders and scientists in the first step, in addition to targeting the country's defense network.

Hojjatul-Islamwal-Muslimin Hossein Taib added: In the 12-day war, targeting commanders and scientists simultaneously was on the agenda. Because in order to confront the country and the nation that wants to declare independence and reach the top, they have to weaken its defense and security wall and destroy its scientific foundation, which is the factor of progress.

He clarified: The Israelis said during the 12-day war that they would bomb and target scientists and destroy nuclear scientists so that, as a result, there would be no nuclear science in Iran for years.

Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimeen Taeb continued by referring to a secret document of the enemy: they say in this document that even if we destroy the scholars, we have not been able and we will not be able to destroy this science in Iran; Therefore, in the 40-day war, they also targeted other sciences, such as Shahid Arabnejad and other scientists.

He added: The enemy's goal is to break the defense wall of the country, disrupt the security and destroy the foundations of the country's progress, that is, scholars and scientists. However, just as the Jan-Fadayan exercise across the country was a symbol of the continued presence in the field of defense and security, holding the event "Technical Children of Haj Qasim" also sends the message to the enemy that if you target one of our scientists, five thousand people will come to the field in his place.

The head of the country's Basij Organization stated: This nation is standing; Just as in the field of defense, if you target our commander, several commanders will announce their readiness to replace him, and if you target our fighter, millions of fighters will come to the streets and say that we are ready and sacrifice our lives, in the field of science and progress, the meeting of "Technical Children of Haj Qasim" is a symbol of this sacrifice.

Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimin Taib stated: If today artificial intelligence and investment in this field become a factor for competition between powers and is recognized as one of the criteria of superior power, our enemy will see that this nation will also take the field in this field and will display one of the indicators of its power.

He added: Just as we started with little resources and reached the point where we have the Atomic Energy Organization today and have many scientists, laboratories and products in the field of medicine and other fields, by the grace of God, the efforts of the youth and the support of the authorities, we will witness the creation of a powerful artificial intelligence organization in the country.

The head of the country's Basij organization stated: If we want a strong Iran and a stronger future, we must pay attention to the ability of a nation to understand issues, produce knowledge, maintain its own path and achieve authority.

Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimin Taib said: We must make the country's power stronger in the field of economy, more stable in the field of security and more efficient in governance, and advance the lives of the people by preserving the high Iranian values ​​and realizing the new Islamic civilization, on the path of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, which was inherited from our martyred leader.

He added: "Everybody in the world says that they train scientists, they seek to produce science, and they also have artificial intelligence." But the difference between us and them is that we establish a link between artificial intelligence and the creator of intelligence.

Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimin Taib expressed: Every young person who receives proper education, every laboratory that finds the possibility of effective research, and every problem that is solved with Iranian knowledge, becomes a part of this position.

Referring to the words of the martyred leader that we should be among the top 10 countries in the field of artificial intelligence, he continued: it is necessary to identify and actualize the country's talents, train specialists and follow the path of progress from research to product development and from product to effective presence in the economy and people's lives.

He continued: Artificial intelligence was introduced in the naval and aerospace forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and other armed forces with the planning and guidance of the Martyr Commander, and you can see the effects of it, what fear it has created in the American army.

Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimin Taib stated: America has brought its fleets, its strongest defense systems and defense power from all over the world to this region. American frigates are approaching the Strait of Hormuz, but they are detected with the help of artificial intelligence, and the accuracy of our missiles is also increased with the help of artificial intelligence. This creates fear in them, which makes them retreat and place their ships at a further distance.

He said: If we enter the field of artificial intelligence, we also need cyber security; Because in the last two wars, we saw that the enemy attacked our cyber infrastructure while targeting commanders and scientists. Therefore, the development of technology and the strengthening of cyber security must go together.

The head of the country's Basij Organization stated: Continuity of public services, protection of people's information and resilience in the infrastructure of the country requires the responsible decision of expert forces with continuous preparation.

In another part of his speech, Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimeen Taeb spoke about the decree of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution for himself as the head of the country's Basij organization as a mission for this organization and stated: This decree is for the grassroots to confront the threats of the enemy by using new technologies.

He continued: The mission of the Basij organization in such a field is to mobilize people's capacities for the technological progress of the country, to recognize talents and capacities.

It is linking abilities and helping to form collaborations that, God willing, will come to fruition.

In this regard, the head of the country's Basij organization added: This mission should be carried out with respect to the various components of this country, from the elite to the role of scientific, executive and governance institutions.
