According to Ambassador Arjan, the 147th specialized meeting of "Baran Foundation" was held at the National Library on the topic of "Global Transitions, Value Chain and Architecture of Iran's Development".

According to ambassador Arjan, this ceremony was held in the presence of the president of the reform government and figures such as Mohammad Hossein Adeli, the former head of the central bank, Javad Imam, the spokesman of the reform front, Abbas Akhundi, the former minister of roads and urban development, Mohammad Javad Haqshins, a member of the fifth Tehran city council, Zahranejad Bahram, a reformist political activist, Gholamreza Zarifian, the deputy minister of science of the reform government, and a group of thinkers and experts.
