Referring to the follow-ups carried out in the last two years, the Deputy Director of Civil Affairs Coordination of Hormozgan Governorate stated: With the follow-ups of the Governor of Bestak, Ahmed Jabari, the representative of the people of West Hormozgan in the Islamic Council, as well as the special follow-up of the Hormozgan Governor, financial resources for this project have been provided through ABFA.
Sadeghipour continued: The water transmission line of this project was also implemented by the investor and the produced water is supposed to be transferred to the city of Jinnah and the surrounding villages.
Referring to the problems facing the implementation of the project, especially in the electricity supply sector, he said: "With the holding of provincial meetings and the follow-ups of the governor of Hormozgan and the representative of the people of the western province from the Ministry of Energy, the process of solving the project's electricity problems is underway and we hope that this issue will be resolved soon."
The Deputy Coordinator of Civil Affairs of Hormozgan Governorate expressed his hope that with the operation of the first phase of the Charak water softener in the next one or two months, 2,700 cubic meters of water will enter the circuit daily and the water needs of Jinnah city and surrounding villages will be provided to a significant extent.
He pointed out that by reducing the pressure on the existing resources, supplying the water needed by the Jinnah sector can be effective in improving the water supply situation in Bastak and help to reduce the water shortage problems of the people of the region.
