The development of tourism infrastructure in Hasanlu village is a priority

The governor of West Azarbaijan named the development of tourism infrastructure of Hasanlu village as one of the province's priorities and said: After the Shams Tabrizi complex, Hasanlu village is one of the important tourism capacities of the province, which is followed seriously.

According to the report of Aria's heritage reporter, Reza Rahmani, on October 23, during his visit to Hasanlu Dam and Wetland, referring to the location of Urmia Jame Mosque and Hasanlu Hill historical site on the path of UNESCO's world registration, he added: "Unfortunately, in the past years, these works have not received enough attention and the slowness of actions has led to warnings from UNESCO."

He also emphasized the necessity of using the natural and tourism capacities of Hasanlu region, and noted that by investing and creating the necessary infrastructure, this region can be turned into a tourist destination and even a place to hold camps for the national rowing team.

The governor of West Azarbaijan announced the creation of basic facilities and the beginning of handing over the responsibility to the Housing Foundation and added: a specific schedule will be determined for the complete restoration of Hasanlu wetland and the completion of tourism infrastructure.

Referring to the completion and operation of Shams Tabrizi Court in Khoy, Rahmani added: With the same effort, we are pursuing the development of Hasanlu village and the preparation of the tourist area around it so that the past neglects are compensated and this valuable capacity is available to the people.

At the end, he considered the cooperation of the people, especially the residents of the villages of the region, as promising and added: In the past year, despite the limited resources, good actions have been taken, and with the cooperation of the responsible institutions and the participation of the people, the development and revival of the Hasanlu region will continue seriously.
