Interest-Free Loans for Rural Housing / 3 Million Rural Homes to Be Retrofitted

The head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation announced interest-free loans of 500 million toman for housing construction, repayable over 20 years. He said monthly installments are about 3 million toman. In addition, the foundation is allocating non-repayable aid from Imam Khomeini Account 100 to provide housing for low-income families.

Referring to the allocation of 500 million tomans loan facilities with 20-year repayment for housing construction, the head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation said: The monthly installments of this facility are about three million tomans, and in addition, the Housing Foundation allocates grants from the account of 100 Imam (RA) to provide housing for low-income families.
