District 4 Mayor said the construction of the Delavaran Boulevard strategic axis, based on Tehran's comprehensive transport and traffic plan and the Article 5 Commission's approval, has entered its final stage, creating a modern link and resolving traffic bottlenecks.

The mayor of region 4 said: The project to build the strategic axis of Delavaran Blvd has entered the final stage based on the comprehensive plan of transportation and traffic of Tehran and the approval of Article 5 Commission and the creation of a modern communication artery and the elimination of traffic jams.

According to the report of Ambassador of Arjan, Seyyed Mohammad Mousavi, about the latest status of Delavaran project in this area, he said: The operation of the third phase of this project has started from Navy Street to Imam Ali highway. The Delavaran Boulevard project consists of 3 phases, the first phase, 630 meters long, from Al-Ghadir square to the wall of the Mustafafan Foundation, and the second phase to the Navy intersection has already been completed and finished.

He added: With the completion of the excavation and fencing of the workshop at this point, the connection of Delavaran Boulevard to Imam Ali (AS) highway will be established to facilitate the movement of citizens in this area while opening the traffic junctions.

The mayor of Region 4 continued: By closely following the upstream approvals and using the existing executive power, the process of completing this strategic project has been accelerated, and it is hoped that by using this final phase, we will witness the improvement of the road network and the improvement of the quality of the urban environment in this area.
