Economy Group, as one of the main tools to access the gasoline quota, the fuel card plays an important role in refueling cars, and its loss or being left behind at fuel stations can cause drivers to face problems in using the quota. With the implementation of new plans in the field of refueling, including the identification of emergency cards at stations and the investigation of alternative methods for using fuel cards, changes in the refueling process are being pursued, knowing how to inquire about leftover cards and the procedures for obtaining a duplicate fuel card has become more important.

Also, if the station operator does not cooperate to deliver the card, citizens can call 09627 and follow up on the matter.

In such a situation, the driver must first check the status of the lost card through the relevant system and if it is not found, file a request for the issuance of a duplicate card. Until the new card is received, the possibility of refueling and how to use the free parking card are subject to the current fuel supply regulations.
Therefore, the loss of the fuel card does not automatically mean the loss of the fuel quota, and car owners must refer to the current regulations to know the status of the quota and refueling conditions.
How is the new method of refueling with a bank card?
Reza Nawaz, the spokesperson of the country's fuel station association, said about the plan to transfer the fuel quota to a bank card: the trial implementation of this plan was first carried out in two stations and the scope of its implementation is to be expanded in the provinces of Tehran, Alborz, Qazvin, Qom, Semnan and Hamadan.
According to his explanation, in the new method, the driver first puts his personal fuel card in the machine and after refueling, he uses his bank card to pay. Then, by entering the desired liter amount, the amount is calculated and paid based on the individual's quota.
According to Nawaz, the implementation of this plan is the responsibility of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, and the fuel station association did not play a role in choosing the provinces where the trial will be implemented.
This plan is still in the trial implementation phase, and its expansion to the announced provinces does not mean the nationwide implementation of the new fueling method.
The disruption of bank cards in the stations is still being followed up
Referring to the problems in the refueling process, the spokesperson of the country's gas station association said: "Disturbances in some bank cards, problems related to refueling motorcycles and the issue of one thousand tomans are among the issues that this association is following up on."
Emphasizing the necessity of addressing the people's problems, Nawaz added: To investigate the cause of the disruption in the bank cards used at the stations, it is necessary to pursue the matter through a dialogue with the Central Bank.
He also stated about the organization of free parking cards that a significant part of refueling, especially in the field of gasoline, is done using these cards and organizing this sector can help manage fuel consumption.
In general, people who have lost their fuel card or left it at the station, can first check the status of their card through the system of the National Oil Products Distribution Company and, if it is not found, apply for a duplicate card. Also, the plan to transfer gasoline quota to a bank card is in the experimental stage and it cannot be considered as a nationwide alternative method for refueling in the country yet.
