Memarian: Faith and resistance are the keys to the persistence of Hazrat Zainab's message in history

Qom - The seminary professor emphasized that Hazrat Zainab Kabri (pbuh) is a role model for all believing men and women, and said: Faith and resistance are the keys to permanence of the message of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) in history.

According to Mehr reporter, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mahdi Memarian, on Thursday evening, during the birthday celebration of Hazrat Zainab-e-Kabri (pbuh) in Qom's delegation, referring to the high position of this great lady in the history of Islam, said: The greatness of the character of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) is so great that great Shia scholars have mentioned her position and dignity with special interpretations when introducing her.

Referring to the scientific and spiritual position of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh), he added: In some works of Shia scholars, to introduce the personality of this great lady, expressions are used that show her unparalleled greatness, and in this context, Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) is mentioned as a lady who is in a privileged position of virtues and perfections after her honorable mother, Hazrat Fatima Zahra (pbuh).

Saying that Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) is not the only role model for believing women, this seminary professor clarified: the life of this great lady can be a guide for all people who seek to move in the right direction and make a positive impact in society, and believing men and women can better understand the path of spiritual growth and social responsibility by knowing her personality dimensions.

Referring to the role of women in the education of generations, Memarian said: an important part of the formation of human personality takes place in the family environment and through the educational role of mothers, and the interpretation of the mother tongue also indicates the influential position of women in transferring culture, beliefs and values to the next generations.

He continued: Mothers' emotions, mental characteristics and educational capacities play an important role in the formation of their children's personality, and this responsibility doubles the need for women and men of the society to recognize worthy role models such as Hazrat Zainab (PBUH).

To be effective, you must stand on the right path

Emphasizing the necessity of correctly recognizing the position of divine parents, this religious speaker stated: prominent religious figures are not supposed to be just people to be praised, but we should correct our life path by knowing their way of life and take advantage of their way of facing difficulties to move on the path of perfection.

He added: "No one can achieve the spiritual position and status of divine parents, but they can move in the direction of values that those elders have tried to realize by following their behavior and character, and Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) is one of the most prominent role models in this field."

Referring to the role of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) in the permanence of the message of the Karbala event, Memarian said: The Ashura incident did not end with the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (pbuh) and his companions, but Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) played a decisive role in conveying the message of the Husseini uprising by being present during the captivity and explaining the truth of this incident.

He stated that the hardships of the captivity period could not break the will of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) and stated: In a situation where the enemy was trying to show them as socially and spiritually defeated by humiliating the Prophet's (pbuh) family, he changed the equations of this scene with his firm positions and enlightening words.

Referring to the sermon of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) in the Yazid Assembly, this seminary professor said: The atmosphere of the assembly was designed in such a way that the family of the Prophet (pbuh) would be in a lower position and the ruling system would show off its superiority by relying on its apparent power, but Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) showed with her words that the criterion of victory and defeat is not the apparent position of individuals, but the truth that they defend.

He pointed out: The impact of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) was not limited to her presence at a historical moment and her message and life throughout the centuries inspired people who came to the field to defend the truth, preserve religious values and fight against deviation.

The faith of Zainab Kobri (pbuh) broke Yazid's heme

Referring to the influence of Hazrat Zainab's sermons and positions against the Umayyad system, Memarian said: One of the most important characteristics of this great lady was her steadfast faith, which did not deviate her from the right path even in the most difficult circumstances and did not allow pressures and calamities to overcome her will.

Referring to the confrontation of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) with Ibn Ziyad, he added: When the ruler of Kufa tried to put him in a position of weakness by referring to the calamities of Karbala, the historical response of Zainab Al-Kubri (pbuh) with the phrase "We have a good opinion" showed that his view of events is based on faith and trust in God.

This religious speaker continued: Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) looked at these events within the framework of faith and divine will in a situation where others might see the events of Karbala only from the perspective of sufferings and calamities, and this belief provided her with an inner strength to maintain perseverance and continue on the right path.

Referring to the incident of Hazrat Abd al-Muttalib and Abraha's attack on Makkah, Memarian stated: In the narration of this incident, it is stated that when Abraha was faced with his request to return the camels of Hazrat Abd al-Muttalib, he expected the elder of Makkah to speak about preventing an attack on the Kaaba, but Hazrat Abd al-Muttalib demanded the return of his camels and in response to Abraha's surprise, he emphasized the fact that the house also has a Lord who will protect it.

He added: What is important in such situations is not just the words, but the belief that supports human speech and gives it the power to be effective, and it was this faith that was evident in the positions of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH).

Insight illuminates the path of resistance

Emphasizing the link between faith, insight and resistance, this professor of the seminary said: "Whoever wants to be effective in the society, must persevere against difficulties and not allow external pressures to discourage him from continuing the path, because without persistence, it is impossible to achieve valuable goals."

Pointing to the difficulties of cultural and educational activities, he added: sometimes people get frustrated when faced with social problems or when their efforts remain fruitless, and they think that their words and actions have no effect on others, while having an effect requires patience, persistence and choosing the right methods.

Referring to the need for parents to pay attention to the new generation, Memarian said: In relation to children, one should not stop trying to educate and guide them after seeing a few unsuccessful experiences, but it is necessary to review the way of conversation, the amount of companionship, the language of communication and how to deal with the needs of the new generation.

He pointed out: The education and guidance of others does not end with a single reminder or an unsuccessful experience, and if the goal is to have a lasting impact, one should follow the path with patience, kindness and continuity, and at the same time, do not give up on the principles and values that people believe in.

Stating that insight determines the direction of a person's movement, this religious speaker said: resistance can lead a person to his destination when he knows the path and the person knows what path he should choose to reach his goal and what obstacles he should stand against.

At the end, Memarian emphasized the role of faith in facing crises and stated: Trusting in God and believing in God's will can give peace and stability to a person so that he does not waver in difficult situations and, like Hazrat Zainab Kabri (pbuh), fulfill his responsibility in defending the right and making an impact in the society by maintaining insight and resistance.
