Gilarlu Dam Canal in Garmi Reopened

The water resources director for Garmi and Angut counties said five points along the 16-kilometer water transfer canal of Gilarlu Dam had been blocked by flooding and accumulated branches, leaves and tree trunks, and were reopened through timely action by the department's crews.

The director of water resources of Garmi and Angut cities said: Five points of the 16-kilometer water transfer channel of Gilarlo dam were blocked due to the flood and the accumulation of foliage and tree trunks, and they were reopened by the timely action of the forces of this department.
