The trial of the son who killed his old father: I have a guilty conscience

The delinquent son who killed his old father by slapping his face went to the trial table.

A year ago, they reported to the police that a 91-year-old man suffered a brain hemorrhage and died. The investigation showed that there were signs of bleeding on the old man's face, and the interrogation revealed that this man was subjected to domestic abuse.

The police found out that the only son of the family slapped his father in the face and caused a brain hemorrhage and his death.

When the young man was arrested, he confessed to the murder of his father and said: My father is 91 years old but he was healthy. I never thought this would happen to him. I am his only son. My father put the house in my name as a trust to give my sisters share after his death. During these years, I became addicted and found a bad situation. I went to the camp and quit my addiction. I had just come from the camp when one day my father sat on a chair and talked about the old days.

He complained and grumbled constantly. I told him to stop and say no more, but he continued. I slapped him seven or eight times. I said, take your voice away, I don't want to hear it anymore. He got up, went to the bathroom and came back and said the same words again. I slapped him again. He suddenly passed out and fell on the ground. We called the emergency and then we took the father to the hospital, where they said he had a brain hemorrhage and died.

The accused said: I had just quit my addiction. I was taking nerve medication and I was not in a good mental state.

After completing the investigation and issuing the indictment, the case was sent to the criminal court of Tehran province for consideration. During the hearing, the accused went to the trial table. All but one of his sisters had declared forgiveness and that one had asked for revenge.

Other Dem parents who were present in the court said: Our sister wants the house. He tells my brother that I will divide the house in my name, but he doesn't want to give anything to our brother. Our brother is the only one we have. He was a strong and muscular young man. He fell to this day when he became addicted. Our father trusted him so much that he even put the house on loan in his name.

At this time, the judge said: "Anyway, your sister has asked for revenge and must appear in court." If this is your problem, you can do notarial work with the help of your lawyer. Be your sister and you and sign. They send the accused from the prison to the office. He also signs and everything ends with satisfaction.

Then the accused took the stand. He said: I have a lot of guilt. I didn't want it to be like this at all. I feel the worst.

Finally, due to the fact that one of the parents who requested revenge was not present in the court, the proceedings were postponed.
