Schedule Change for Asian Representatives in Iran's Premier League

The League Organization, while cooperating with Iran's three Asian representatives, rescheduled some of their Premier League matches.

According to ambassador Arjan; The repeated requests of Esteghlal, Tractor and Golgohar clubs to cancel their matches in the Premier League due to the short time before their Asian matches caused the league organization to make changes in the game schedule of these three teams after reviewing the conditions.

According to Sport Se, the league organization has written in its announcement: "The timing of a number of Premier League matches of the country's clubs in the 1406-1405 season has been changed due to the support of Iran's club football in the competitions of the elite league and the second level of the Asian Champions League."

In the continuation of the text published by the league organization, it is stated: "With the imposition of cruel sanctions against the aviation industry of our country, the trips of the Iranian representatives in the competitions of the Elite League and the Champions League of the second level of Asia have been faced with many difficulties, so that the round trip of Gol Gohrsirjan and Tractor in these competitions took a lot of time and energy from the players and staff of these two teams, and actually holding the ninth week of the matches of these two teams according to the previous schedule was faced with difficulties. In this way, despite the fact that the league organization had the possibility of holding the previously announced tournament schedule, but with a national approach and in order to help the representatives of our country in the Asian competitions, their strong presence in these competitions and of course to observe competitive justice in the domestic league, it is inevitable to change the time of some league matches.

The new schedule of Esteghlal, Tractor and Golgohar matches in the Premier League is as follows:

Bandar Anzali - Tractor Tabriz double team match is postponed from Saturday 25 October to Sunday 26 October at 17:00.

The match between Esteghlal and Gol Gharsirjan will be postponed from Sunday, October 26 to Monday, October 27 at 17:45.

The meeting between Tabriz Tractor and Sanat Naft Abadan teams will be postponed to Thursday 30 October instead of Wednesday 29 October.

The match between Chadormelo Ardakan and Esteghlal teams will be postponed to 16:45 on Friday, November 1st, instead of Thursday, October 30th.

Also, due to the holding of the eleventh week of the Premier League between the third and fourth weeks of the Asian leagues and the travel difficulties of our country's representatives due to the existing flight conditions, the matches of the eleventh week of the Iranian representatives in Asia will be canceled as follows and postponed to another date that will be announced later.

Thursday, November 7: Fajarshahid Sepasi - Tractor Tabriz

Friday, November 8: Esteghlal - Shams Azar Qazvin

Saturday, November 9: Abadan Oil Industry - Gol Gharsirjan

The league organization has written in further explanation about the change in the time of Iran's representatives' competitions in Asia: "The results of our country's representatives and their successful participation in Asian competitions are influential in determining the number of Iranian football quotas in the competitions of the elite league and the second level of the Asian Champions League in the coming seasons. In addition, the Iran Football League organization appreciates the opponents of the Premier League of our country's representatives in these three weeks who agreed to the above changes from a national point of view.
