The deadline for applying for employment facilities of 3 billion innovation fund has been extended

The deadline for registering an application to benefit from the "Employment Loan Facilities" of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund was previously set on 20 Mehr 1405, it was extended by another month.

According to the report of Mehr reporter, following the announcement of the regulations on how companies can benefit from facilities from the sources of employment loans, part (1) of article (95) of the implementing rules of the budget law of 1405 of the whole country, the Innovation and Prosperity Fund has published a call for employment loan facilities with the aim of supporting knowledge-based companies.

Knowledge-based companies applying for facilities subject to this call must have the following conditions:

• They have not used the annual budget loan facilities (Note (18) of 1402, Note (2) of 1403 and Note (15) of 1404) by introducing the Innovation and Prosperity Fund to the operating banks.

• have a plan to develop employment and increase sales (based on the employment and sales commitment form)

• Not subject to Article 141 of the Commercial Law.

• Do not have non-current bank claims or bounced checks.

• Does not have a tax liability under Article 186.

• The companies that register in this call, for 3 months, will not be able to register the request for working capital facilities in the Ghazal system.

This facility is up to 3 billion Tomans in exchange for the recruitment of at least 3 experts (the final amount will be determined after the evaluation and based on the commitment of employment and sales of the company) and can be paid in the form of Qarz Al-Hosna by introducing to the operating banks (Qarz Al-Hosna Mehr Iran, Mellat and Tejarat). The repayment period of this facility is 48 months (without breathing).

The evaluation of companies' applications is based on the information recorded in the Ghazal system, so the more complete and accurate the information provided by the applicant, the faster and more qualitative the evaluation and decision making in the fund will be.

The priority of investigation is with cooperative knowledge-based companies and companies located in provinces with low-income areas. Due to the limited capacity of these sources, review and approval is determined based on the time of application registration.

Previously, the deadline for registering the application to benefit from the employment loan facility was set until Monday, October 20, 1405, which was extended for another month (November 30, 1405).
