Initial Results of the 1405 Laboratory Sciences Fellowship Announced; Details of the Second Stage
Following the announcement of initial results for the 1405 Specialized Supplementary Laboratory Sciences exam, the Secretariat of the Council for Basic Medical, Health, and Specialized Education published the guidelines for second-stage candidates.
According to Mehr reporter, the results of the first stage of the written entrance exam of the 1405 specialized complementary course of laboratory sciences were published on the website of the Medical Education Evaluation Center, and those accepted to this stage can refer to the website of the Medical Education Evaluation Center to see the results.
Also, the conditions for choosing the place of those accepted for the written test and the conditions for the second stage (interview) of the entrance to the laboratory science specialized course in 1405 have been announced.
Candidates will be admitted to the laboratory science course through a written test and an interview (60% and 40%, respectively).
From the interview test score, 20 points are allocated to specialized capabilities, 8 points to research records and 12 points to laboratory records.
In this interview, the following are considered:
- Characteristics and abilities of volunteers in matters related to laboratory management
- Experience working in a medical diagnosis laboratory as a colleague or technical officer
- Scientific and research activities based on the regulations for the promotion of faculty members of universities (research records of the last 10 years will be calculated).
It is necessary for the candidates accepted in the first stage to choose the place of taking the course in the order of their preference, among the medical sciences universities of Ahvaz 3 capacities, Iran 4 capacities, Isfahan 3 capacities, Tehran 4 capacities, Shiraz 2 capacities, Golestan 2 capacities and Mashhad 2 capacities, in the order of their preference.
Note: According to the approval letter of the Board of Ministers regarding the cost of the tests, the cost of participating in the interview test of the supplementary course of laboratory science in 1405 is 6 million 450 thousand Rials.
Important points about the articles:
- Articles are accepted based on the promotion regulations of the Ministry of Health and only the activities of the last 10 years.
- Identify the valid index bank of articles including ISI, PubMed and Scopus.
- Determine the Impact Factor (IF) of the articles.
- The responsible author of the article should be identified.
- If the candidates have cited their articles in the review articles, highlight them.
- The birth certificate of the book (including the book publisher, number of pages, etc.) should be complete.
- The books written under the supervision of the candidate do not have points for the candidate.
- The books compiled or compiled in the field of tests do not have points.
Important points regarding the records of activity in the medical diagnosis laboratory:
- It is necessary for the candidates to bring and present a valid certificate that clearly states the duration of the activity on the day of the interview.
Timing and how to upload educational and research documents and documents, as well as the time and place of the interview
Candidates must upload the following documents and documents from Wednesday 22 October to Saturday 25 October 1405 through the website of the Medical Education Assessment Center to the address and deliver their originals to the relevant official on the day of the interview along with a CD that contains all the uploaded documents and documents with the details label (candidate's name and surname).
It will be possible to receive the entrance card for the interview session between 27 and 29 October 1405 through the website of the Medical Education Assessment Center.
Note: The venue of the interview test is the Clinical Skills Center of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, located on Anqalb St., Quds St., near Porsina St., the east door of the Faculty of Dentistry. Due to the fact that the interview will be held on Thursday, October 30, 1405 in two shifts, morning and evening, candidates should pay attention to the exact time of their attendance, which is written on the interview admission card, and attend the interview at the appropriate time.
Important note: It is mandatory to bring an entrance card to the interview session and a valid identification card (national card or birth certificate) on the day of the interview.
A- Scientific research records including documents related to:
- Articles (based on the promotion regulations of the Ministry of Health and only the activities of the last 10 years are reviewed)
- Books (authoring, translation and scientific editing) in a specialized field
- Teaching educational units (theory - practical - internship in the field)
- Documents related to the company and holding workshops, seminars and webinars related to the specialized field
Scientific, research and executive documents
- Clinical laboratory technician with legal license
- The technical officer of the specialized departments of the clinical laboratory by providing the necessary documents and documents from the vice president of treatment of the medical sciences universities of the country
- Experience working in hospital laboratories, polyclinics, clinics and health centers
- Setting up laboratory departments/ establishing and running a clinical laboratory with a valid certificate from legal authorities
- Supervisor or technical supervisor of the laboratory/ supervisor of the main departments of the clinical laboratory
- Responsible for quality control/ health and safety/ laboratory information system
Note: All employment certificates (except legal license, employment order and valid insurance record) must be legal and searchable with the center's letterhead and landline number, stamp and signature. No points will be given to the certificates that do not meet the mentioned conditions.
