Semnan Provincial Center Public and Revolution Prosecutor, stressing the importance of ensuring the safe and sustainable return of recovered individuals to society, said: Keeping individuals in rehabilitation centers alone is not enough. Effective cultural and educational programs, strengthening individual and social skills, and providing employment opportunities must be implemented to pave the way for their return to a healthy life and prevent the recurrence of social harms.

Referring to the importance of providing a healthy and stable return of recovered people to the society, the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Semnan province stated: Keeping people in rehabilitation centers alone is not enough, and by implementing effective cultural and educational programs, strengthening individual and social skills and providing employment opportunities, the basis for their return to a healthy life and preventing the repetition of social harms should be provided.
