Head of Parliament's Research and Education Committee: Tabriz's Scientific Standing Does Not Match Its Historical Background

The head of the Research and Education Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly said that Tabriz once enjoyed a prominent scientific standing, adding: Today, the scientific standing expected of the city's universities is not visible, and greater efforts must be made to enhance the scientific standing of the province's universities.

The head of the Research and Education Commission of the Islamic Council stated that Tabriz had a prominent scientific position in the past and said: Today, the scientific position that is expected from the universities of this city is not visible and more efforts should be made to improve the scientific position of the province's universities.
