"Chemroshani" was the main focus of the speech of the head of the Women and Family Center of Tehran Municipality in a joint press conference with the spokesperson of Tehran Municipality.

Arjan's Ambassador: Maryam Ardabili, in a joint meeting with Tehran Municipality Spokesman Abdul Mathar Mohammad Khani, emphasized that this support package is actually a welcome to the city of Tehran and the municipality to its new citizens. Read the description of Ardabili's talks about the details of this plan below.

One of the approaches of Tehran municipality is to recognize the family in the urban environment and respect the activism, agency, will, decisions and choices of families. In this regard, parts of the planned support packages have been realized so far and others are being implemented in the form of municipal projects. The aim of these measures is to make the city more suitable for families and to approach a city that is easier and smoother for mothers; A city that provides housing, mental peace, comfort, security and a sense of belonging for families. The urban space optimization package is in progress. Also, creating 120 new mother and child rooms in Tehran and providing other services and facilities for mothers and children are on the agenda.

Monthly charging of the wallet of babies up to 2 years old

The implementation of the "Ceshmrushni" support package for babies born in 1405 is actually the welcome of the city of Tehran and its municipality to its new citizens. Just as in Iranian tradition and Quranic teachings, a child is the light of the family's eyes and they give light to families for the birth of a child, Tehran Municipality has also considered credit for families with babies in the form of this service package. This credit is charged in the citizen's wallet of the families and provides the possibility of using the set of services and infrastructures related to Tehran Municipality and health services. The mother of the family can manage and use the considered credit according to her needs and decision.

19 thousand people use credit

The eye-bright package has been activated since October and its credit will continue to be recharged monthly until the child turns 2 years old. The charged credits also remain in the wallet so that the family can use it at the right time. On the day of the unveiling of this package, the wallets of more than 33,000 mothers who had children from the beginning of April to October were charged. Some mothers may not have visited the system yet or may not know about the activation of their credit. These mothers can access the possibility of online shopping by activating the second user level in the Shahrazad system and registering their national code. According to the latest statistics we have, among the 33,000 mothers whose wallet credit was charged, about 19,000 people came to use this credit and made purchases.

The credit amount of this support package has 3 main parts; The first part is dedicated to shopping at Shahrvant store and fruit and vegetable markets, the second part includes cultural, tourism and educational services such as Book Garden, cinema campuses and Milad Tower, and the third part includes health services. The credit of this package is charged monthly, and families are not required to use it immediately after charging the credit. A family may make their purchases on the same day, and another family may visit 2 or 3 months later to use cultural services or other departments. The credit of the monthly purchase department is 2 million Tomans. In the cultural sector, 500 thousand Tomans per month and in the health sector 500 thousand Tomans per month have been considered, so the monthly credit of these three sectors in total reaches 3 million Tomans. For families from the first to third deciles, the credit of the health department will be one million tomans per month instead of 500 thousand tomans. As a result, the total monthly credit of these families reaches 3 million and 500 thousand Tomans.

Families can use 24 million Tomans of shopping credit and 6 million Tomans of cultural credit in one year. The credit of the health department also reaches 6 million Tomans during the year, which increases to 12 million Tomans for the families of the first to third deciles, considering the doubling of the credit of this department. Cultural and health services are also provided in the complexes affiliated to Tehran Municipality, and families can use the facilities provided in different departments according to their needs.

Conditions for infants to benefit from the support package

In the first stage, the information related to the births of Tehran city was received from the civil registration organization and medical centers, and the credits of the eligible families were charged accordingly, so there is no need to verify the information again for this group. Information will also be received from the civil registry for babies who will be born later. In cases where the fulfillment of the conditions requires further investigation, it is necessary to upload documents related to the residence or employment of the parents in Tehran to the Shahrazad system so that the information can be reviewed and matched. Some families may live in Tehran but give birth to their child in another city for reasons such as traveling to the city where the spouse's family lives. These cases are not automatically recorded in Tehran's birth register, but families can submit their request by referring to the system's support and providing the necessary documents to verify the place of residence. In special cases, if the necessary documents to verify the residence in Tehran are complete, it is possible to check and enjoy this support package.

Families with twins and multiple children

In the current situation, a family with twins will receive 2 packages and a family with triplets will receive 3 packages; That is, the number of support packages is calculated according to the number of children. Of course, for families with several children and families with multiple children, we will provide other support programs in the future. In the design of the package, we tried to provide credit to families so that they can use it according to their needs.

Where does the financial resources of the project come from?

The initial credit of this plan is expected in the form of the credit line of the Women and Family Center and the Vice-Chancellor of Population Youth and Childbearing. In the first stage, the goal is to implement the plan on a trial basis and to examine the pattern of families using its various services. After observing the consumption behavior of the families and determining the level of acceptance of the shopping, cultural and health sectors, a more accurate estimate of the plan's costs will be made. After the completion of the trial stage, the required credit for the year 1406 will be estimated and the proposal for the next year's budget will be presented to the Tehran Islamic Council. At this time, it is not possible to accurately announce the final figure for next year's credit, because it needs to be determined how many families use each sector and how popular the various services are. Tehran Municipality, in the framework of its social responsibility, always considers services for citizens, and support for mothers and children is also defined in this framework. The financial resources of these measures are provided from the authorized and legal revenues of Tehran Municipality. The municipality is not connected to oil resources or government credits to implement its support programs and must spend the legal revenues of the city to meet the needs and interests of the citizens. "Ceshmoroshani" package is also financed from this place.
