Foreign Merchants Show Interest in Purchasing Iranian-Made Medical Equipment

Trade delegations from Iraq, Afghanistan, Belarus, Russia and several African countries expressed satisfaction with the quality of Iranian products during a visit to the medical equipment exhibition.

According to Ambassador Arjan Reza Rezaei, International Secretary of Iran Fashion Exhibition 2026, referring to the visit of trade delegations from Iraq, Afghanistan, Belarus, Russia and some African countries to the exhibition of medical, dental, laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment in Shahr Aftab, they welcomed the purchase of medical equipment from Iran while expressing their satisfaction with the quality of products made in Iran.

He said: We tried to strengthen our relations with other countries, especially the neighboring countries, Central Asia and Africa, at the Iran Fashion 2026 exhibition, so on the first day of the exhibition, we had a joint conference between Iran and Africa, and the ambassadors of various African countries also gave speeches in this conference.

Rezaei added: "Unfortunately, we have not worked much in the field of the African market and we have just started, and on the other hand, the African countries did not have a good knowledge of Iran's medical equipment and products in the field of dental and laboratory equipment, which fortunately became fully aware of Iran's capabilities in Iran Fashion 2026."

He added: Considering the war conditions, there was an expectation that we would see fewer foreign guests, but despite the predictions, foreign guests were welcomed more, so that several delegations from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Iraq, and Belarus attended this year's Iran Fashion, despite the difficult flights.

Rezaei continued: It seems that the Iran Fashion Exhibition is a very good opportunity for Iranian exporters and manufacturing companies to have efficient cooperation with foreign countries.

Referring to the conclusion of various contracts in the field of joint production of oxygen generators, ventilators, monitors and wall consoles, he added: I believe that this year's Iran Fashion Exhibition will provide the basis for the exponential growth of medical equipment exports.
