The Japanese company Casio recently introduced a new version of the popular MDV106 series, which adds a new variety to this category with its fabric strap and classic appearance. These models have always attracted the attention of users due to their high performance at a reasonable price, and now they are sold in the MDV106C-1AV and MDV106C-3AV models, along with the MDV106C-5AV, at a price of $110.

Casio diving watch body design and specifications

To make the frame of these products, Casio has used stainless steel with a rotating one-way aluminum bezel, which has dimensions of 48.5 x 44.2 x 12.1 mm. The use of a light fabric strap for wrists of 175 to 215 mm reduces the total weight of the product to 96 grams, and its screen is also protected by mineral glass.

Technical features and water resistance

The new products of the Casio MDV106 series, with the adjustment screw and the screw back frame, offer excellent resistance to water penetration up to a depth of 200 meters. In terms of internal workings, these analog watches benefit from a quartz motor with an accuracy of plus or minus 20 seconds per month, powered by an SR626SW battery with an approximate 3-year lifespan.
