Severe criticism of the Yemeni government on Saudi obstacles in the path of peace

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the National Salvation Government of Yemen in Sana'a rejected the claims of the Saudi authorities, Saudi Arabia and allied militias, and considered it to be the main obstacle to peace efforts and the continuation of the siege of this country.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the National Salvation Government of Yemen in Sana'a rejected the claims of the Saudi authorities, Saudi Arabia and allied militias, and considered it to be the main obstacle to peace efforts and the continuation of the siege of this country.

Ambassador of Arjan-International Group: "Abdul Wahid Aburas," the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Yemeni government, announced in Sana'a that Saudi Arabia has continued its barbaric attacks and siege against the Yemeni nation since March 26, 2015.

This Yemeni official emphasized that the Yemeni government has had a positive approach to all periods of peace negotiations since the first day of aggression, but it is the Saudi government and its mercenaries who are preventing peaceful efforts from reaching a conclusion.

These statements were made in response to the claim of Raed Karimli, one of the Saudi Foreign Ministry officials, who claimed on Thursday that the Yemenis had opposed Riyadh's invitation to participate in a meeting in Oman to curb tensions. Meanwhile, in recent weeks, Yemen has witnessed the escalation of conflicts and field battles between the country's armed forces and Saudi-backed militias.

The spokesman of Yemen's "Change and Construction" government called the Saudi attack on the oil company in the west of Sana'a a full-scale war crime, and the Yemeni army warned about responding to possible attacks on Sana'a.

News sources reported that several explosions were heard in Sana'a following the airstrikes of Saudi fighters. At the same time, the armed forces of Yemen threatened Saudi Arabia with a response in Riyadh and warned the employees of Aramco facilities.

Following Yemen's warnings about the insecurity of Saudi airspace, reports indicate the cancellation of hundreds of flights and extensive disruptions in air traffic in this country.
