Alborz Governor: Mohammadshahr in Karaj to Get a Cemetery and Police Station

Mohammadshahr – Alborz Governor announced that wastewater management, improved transportation, construction of a police station, and establishment of a cemetery are among the main points of the 20 resolutions from the meeting on Mohammadshahr's problems.

According to Mehr reporter, Alborz Governor Mojtaba Abdullahi announced the approval of 20 resolutions to solve the problems and develop the infrastructure of Mohammadshahr and said: organizing urban sewage, creating a cemetery, developing electricity infrastructure, building a police station and improving the transportation situation are among the main axes of these resolutions.

Referring to Alborz Governorate's approach to field investigation of cities' problems, he said: Before the meetings are held, teams from the governorate and the governorate are stationed in the city in question and examine the issues, deficiencies, needs and problems remaining from the past in various areas and summarize them for final decision.

He added: This process is followed with the aim of accurately identifying problems and speeding up their resolution, and today, various issues of Mohammadshahr were examined in the fields of infrastructure and urban services, which finally led to the approval of 20 resolutions.

The governor of Alborz, referring to the issues raised in the meeting of Mohammadshahr, said: The issue of urban sewage was one of the issues examined and approvals were passed in this field.

Abdullahi continued: The organization of the transportation terminal and issues related to the city's traffic were also examined and a decision was made for it. Also, considering the needs of Mohammadshahr, the issue of creating a cemetery for this city was raised and placed on the agenda.

Pointing to the necessity of strengthening the security and service infrastructures of Mohammadshahr, he said: The issue of building a police station as well as the development of electricity infrastructures were among the other examined axes for which approvals were considered.

Referring to the plans of the province to help the livelihood of the families, the governor of Alborz said: it was decided to determine places for the direct supply of people's needs in Mohammadshahr with the cooperation of the municipality, so that the citizens can get the goods they need under more suitable conditions.

Stating that the issue of people's livelihood is being followed in the province, Abdullahi claimed that the inflationary situation of Alborz has decreased compared to the past and the measures taken in this area will continue.

Appreciating the performance of the urban management of Mohammadshahr, he said: The mayor and the city council of this region have taken appreciable measures and our effort is to solve the remaining issues and problems with the cooperation and empathy of the provincial managers and the urban management.

Referring to the special conditions of the country and the need to increase the efforts of the managers, Alborz Governor added: the managers of the institutions are trying to fulfill their responsibilities, but the current conditions require all the groups to prioritize serving the people with greater cooperation and teamwork.

Abdullahi emphasized: The final goal of these actions is to solve the problems of the citizens and provide more suitable conditions for people's lives, and the province will do its best to achieve this goal.
