The registration of the 29th student marriage course in Fars has started

Shiraz- The head of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences announced the beginning of the registration of the 29th student marriage course in the form of the national plan "Companion to Heaven".

Referring to the importance of promoting easy, conscious and sustainable marriages among students, Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Hamid Magaqi said according to Mehr reporter: "The increase in the age of marriage and the decrease in population growth show the need to pay more serious attention to the issue of family formation, and universities have an important capacity to promote the culture of conscious and timely marriage due to their significant student population and influential scientific and social status."

He added: The country's student population and the presence of faculty members and university staff have turned the university environment into one of the effective platforms for strengthening the family culture, and the institutionalization of easy, informed and timely marriage in this environment can also influence the general attitude of the society towards family formation.

"Companion until heaven"; A platform to strengthen the foundation of the family

The head of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, referring to the history of the implementation of the "Companion to Heaven" national project, said: "This project has been started since 1376 with the aim of promoting easy, informed, timely and stable marriages, and in the past years, it has hosted married students of the country's universities by holding cultural and educational programs and sending student couples to holy Mashhad.

The official continued: Holding educational workshops and providing individual and group counseling with the presence of professors and specialists in the field of psychology and family is one of the capacities of this project to increase the awareness of young couples and strengthen the skills of joint life.

Referring to the statistics related to the stability of the life of the couples participating in the student marriage courses, he said: According to the statistics cited by the organizers of this project, the divorce rate among the participating couples was reported to be about 5.8% in the last survey, and the examination of the experiences and capacities of this program can be effective in strengthening the family foundation.

Registration conditions and deadline for participating in the "Hamsafar Ta Behesht" program

The official of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences announced the start of registration for the 29th student marriage course and stated: Married students whose marriage date is from April 1, 1404 to Mehr 30, 1405 and at least one of the spouses was a student at the time of the marriage, can register for this course.

The official added: The deadline for registration has been set from 5th to 30th of October 1405 and eligible couples can register to participate in this project by referring to the "Hamsafar Ta Behesht" system.

Stating that the trip to holy Mashhad and the accommodation of the participating couples are provided free of charge, he noted: For more information and guidance on the registration conditions, the applicants can refer to the office of the Supreme Leader's representative body in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, located on the eighth floor of the central building of the university.
