Huawei Mate X8 specifications revealed; 8.15 inch internal screen, 6000 mAh battery and 50 megapixel camera

Leaked information about the technical specifications, screen size, camera structure and possible price of Huawei Mate X8 flagship foldable phone has reached the media.

According to Ambassador Arjan and based on Zomit's report, the key specifications of Huawei's next foldable phone named Mate X8 were revealed before the official introduction. This device will probably benefit from a larger internal display, a larger battery and an upgraded camera system.

According to Digital Chat Station, the upcoming product has been developed with a focus on imaging. The price of the phone is expected to be around 10,000 yuan ($1,495) and will be in the price range of previous foldable models.

The Mate X8 flagship will probably be equipped with a 6.5-inch external display and an 8.15-inch internal display, both of which are made of ultra-thin glass.

Mate X7 had a 6.49-inch external display and an 8-inch internal panel. The new generation will probably have a 50-megapixel main camera with 1.28-inch dimensions, variable aperture and RYYB color filter, along with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.

The prototype and engineering of the Huawei phone hosts a massive battery with a capacity of more than 6,000 mAh, which is a significant improvement compared to the 5,525 mAh battery of the previous generation.

The processing power of the device will be provided by the flagship chip of the new generation. Huawei has not yet confirmed any specifications, price or official release time of its flexible flagship.
