Head of Welfare Organization Calls for Faster Rollout of Half-Price Internet Plan for the Blind

Seyed Javad Hosseini, speaking at a press conference on Wednesday marking Blind Persons' Week (October 12–18), said that following up with the Minister of Communications and Information Technology to improve access to telecommunications services for people with disabilities, he called for accelerating the implementation of the half-price internet plan for blind and deaf individuals, as well as improving bandwidth and increasing internet speed for these groups.

Seyyed Javad Hosseini, on Wednesday, at the press conference of the Blind Week (October 20-26), referring to the follow-up conducted with the Minister of Communications and Information Technology to improve the access of people with disabilities to communication services, demanded to speed up the implementation of the half-price internet plan for the blind and deaf, as well as improving the bandwidth and increasing the speed of the internet for these groups.
