While the artistic investigator ordered the investigation in this case, he asked the young woman to return home but be available to come to the prosecutor's office for investigation if needed. Although the young woman tried to blame the matter on someone else, the investigator, who noticed her contradictions, ordered the detectives to monitor her.

When this woman left the room, a few minutes later the mother of the victim's child entered the room crying. The young woman, who was shocked by the death of her only child, said: "The night before the incident, I argued with my husband, who is an addict, because his family, especially his brother, was bothering me a lot.

A few days ago, his brother came to our house and beat me in front of the locals and threatened me that if I complain to him, he will pour his poison. "However, I filed a complaint and now I am sure that he took revenge on me by killing my child."

In this way, an order was issued for the arrest and detention of the 26-year-old man, but he denied killing his nephew during the interrogations and said: "I had a dispute with my brother and his wife, but this is not the reason why I want to kill his child." I loved him very much. I swear I was not involved in the fire of their house. "When my brother and his wife sued me, I cut off relations with him and his family."

According to the words of the young man, he was arrested and the investigator of the case also ordered the arrest of the victim's father and began to investigate and interrogate him, but the more the case and the investigation of the suspects went on, the more the investigator of the case realized their innocence and the involvement of the victim's relatives, until after 24 hours of this crime, the grandfather of this child referred to the fourth investigation branch of the Tehran Criminal Prosecutor's Office while objecting to the arrest of his sons. The young woman, who continued to deny the incident and was trying to deceive and divert the investigation by contradicting herself, was subjected to technical and specialized interrogations, and finally, 9 days after the incident, she confessed and revealed the details of this horrible crime.

Confessing to the murder of her sister-in-law's child, Shima said: "I was 16 years old when they forced me to sit at the wedding table." I was not interested in marrying my husband, I got pregnant during the marriage, although I wanted to keep my child, but I had to have an abortion due to the pressure of my husband's family, they said it would destroy our honor while I was his married wife.

I always felt disappointed in front of my husband's family. After my marriage, because of the inappropriate behavior of my husband's family from the beginning, I held a grudge against them, and recently I hated my husband's family. My husband's family, especially my mother-in-law, used to bother me a lot. I was constantly humiliated in the family gathering.

They treated me like a servant, even though I had an infant myself, I had to take care of my sisters-in-law's children as well. One of my sisters-in-law was hospitalized due to mental illness and severe depression, and her playful little boy was with me. Taking care of my other sister-in-law's daughter was usually my responsibility.

After the confessions of the young woman, the artist's investigator arrested her on the charge of intentional murder, then ordered her to be sent to the forensic medicine for psychological tests and to check her mental health.

After the completion of the case, the accused went to Branch 113 of Tehran Criminal Court for trial and said: "On the day of the incident, my sister-in-law's child did not know what plan I had in mind, I went to her and jokingly grabbed her throat and then strangled her."

I knew that if I set fire there, everyone would blame the kid's uncle. I got gasoline from the engine tank and poured it on the body, then I set it on fire and then I went to the bathroom and closed the door to make the story of the unknown people come in real. In his last defense, he said: "My request from the court is to execute me as soon as possible so that I can get rid of this situation. "I don't ask for forgiveness and freedom, because for me there is no difference between freedom and execution, and I wish to die in prison every day."

At the end of the meeting, the judges of branch 113 of the criminal court sentenced her to retribution, but a little later the young woman committed suicide in prison and the case of this crime was closed with her death.
