According to TMZ, Sean "Diddy" Combs has apparently been bailed out of jail with a medical emergency.

Despite the published reports, Didi's team and the Federal Bureau of Prisons could not confirm any possible injuries.

Amidst alleged medical problems, Diddy's release date has changed several times since he began serving his sentence.

According to multiple reports, the disgraced rap mogul was allegedly sent to solitary confinement in July after getting into a prison fight with another inmate.

ABC News reported at the time that the incident began after a fellow inmate "made a statement to Combs that incited the incident" at FCI Fort Dix.

According to reports, Didi was then sent to solitary confinement. It is unclear if his release date has been pushed back due to the reported conflict. He is now expected to be released from prison in March 2028.

In September 2024, the "Last Night" singer was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges after months of sexual misconduct allegations, lawsuits, investigations and the release of surveillance video purportedly showing the rapper's then-girlfriend severely beating someone in a Los Angeles hotel hallway.

He was sentenced in October to more than four years in prison after being convicted in July of two counts of trafficking for the purpose of prostitution.

Didi originally faced a maximum of life in prison if convicted of charges that included conspiracy to commit robbery, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation for prostitution.

On July 2, 2025, a jury convicted Didi of two counts of trafficking in prostitution. The "I'll Be Missing You" rapper was acquitted of the most serious charges of theft and sex trafficking.

In addition to the 50-month sentence, Didi was sentenced to serve five years of supervised release and pay a $500,000 fine. Prosecutors recommended 135 months (just over 11 years) for his sentence.
