Nutting Company unveiled the first portable speakers of the CMF brand named Speaker S and Speaker M. These two speakers come with a slightly weird and modular geometric design, various colors, water and dust resistance with IP68 certification and support for Bluetooth 6. The smaller model has an output power of 10 watts, and the output power of the larger model reaches 35 watts.
Both speakers have a slim and elongated design with a simple mesh body. In addition, the Speaker M model has a cut for carrying in the body. Nutting offers these products in four colors: white, turquoise, dark gray and orange, and as you can see in the video below, you can replace the frame and speaker button:
CMF Speaker S is the smaller model of this family and uses a 45mm full-range driver with two passive radiators. This combination provides a maximum output power of 10 watts RMS and a frequency response of 70 Hz to 20 kHz.
In contrast, CMF Speaker M is equipped with a dedicated 25-watt woofer and 10-watt tweeter. The output power of this model reaches 35 W RMS and its frequency response covers from 60 Hz to 20 kHz.
Both models use an adaptive audio tuning algorithm that Nutting says continuously analyzes the audio being played and adjusts the output and equalizer on the fly. Users can activate Ultra Bass mode or Wide Soundstage mode through the Nothing X application. Four preset equalizer modes are also available: balanced, more bass, more bass and speech mode.
Both speakers support stereo mode and party mode. To use stereo mode, you must have two speakers of the same model; But the party mode, which works on the basis of Auracast technology, allows simultaneous playback of sound on two or more compatible speakers. This feature is not limited to CMF products and works with compatible speakers from other brands as well.
Connecting to other devices is possible through NFC, Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. Each speaker can be connected to two devices at the same time. Support for audio playback via the USB-C port is also present in both models.
According to Nutting, both speakers offer up to 18 hours of music playback on a single charge with Ultra Bass mode enabled and the volume set to 50%. Also, 10 minutes of charging is enough for about an hour of music playback.
The CMF Speaker S is priced at $59 and the CMF Speaker M is priced at $109. The sale of these products will start today in the Notting online store and some selected sellers.
