Around 2:45 a.m. Thursday, a bull tossed a man's Ford Ranger near a mud volcano in Yellowstone National Park — and luckily, the man didn't report any injuries.
Jesse Waters: We are being attacked by bison
Jesse Waters reports that bison are on a wild run in Yellowstone National Park and shows several attacks, including a grandpa thrown 8 feet in the air and a woman being dragged. He warns about the speed and danger of these huge animals.
A driver's early morning trip through Yellowstone National Park took a terrifying turn when a bison suddenly charged his pickup truck.
A video shared on Facebook shows the massive animal standing on a dark road before running towards a vehicle before crashing into the front of the truck.
The driver of his Ford Ranger stopped his Ford Ranger near the mud volcano around 2:45 a.m. Thursday, according to the Wyoming Daily Cowboy.
Yellowstone officials decide fate of bison that threw grandfather 8 feet into air
Kyle Weber, a seasonal mechanic who worked in Yellowstone, was driving south from Canyon Village to Fishing Bridge when he encountered the animal on the road.
Instead of trying to pass, he hit the brakes and waited for the bison to move.
"I slammed on my brakes and stopped, and I was just sitting there waiting for him to keep going," Weber told Cowboy State Daily.
After he waited, the animal remained in the road - and then unexpectedly charged the van, hitting its front left side.
"I was definitely shaken up," Weber said. "I knew they hit hard, but it was beautiful."
Weber said he estimated the impact pushed his truck back at least a foot and a half. According to the Cowboy State Daily, the collision dented the truck's bumper and hood and broke a side marker light.

According to reports, Weber plans to replace the damaged bumper and side marker, using the repairs as an opportunity to upgrade the truck.
However, the dented hood may remain as a reminder of the collision.
"I think I'll keep it," Weber said. The same media reported: “It has an interesting story behind it.
"Not everyone can say they've seen bison damage on their car," the publication noted.
Carl Isom-McDaniel was visiting the park with his grandson in July when a pit bull attacked him at Bridge Bay Campground near Yellowstone Lake.
"They move faster than you can imagine," Isom McDaniel said later from his hospital room. As soon as he got off that tree, he threw me in the air."
Isom McDaniel broke his femur in four places after being thrown into the air. He underwent surgery at a hospital in Montana.
