Emphasizing the necessity of managing water consumption in water shortage conditions, Esmailian said: In a situation where less than 2% of Mashhad's dams have water and underground water resources are also facing a deficit, unauthorized withdrawals, especially to supply water to gardens and villas, are not acceptable in any way. Because these harvests can disrupt the process of water supply to villages.

He emphasized: Identifying and dealing with unauthorized water distributions continues seriously, and citizens can also report violations related to unauthorized distributions by contacting the 122 system and choosing option four, related to the whistleblowing system.
