In this ceremony, the Legal Deputy of the Judiciary emphasized the need for judges to pay attention to the model of judicial governance in the Holy Qur'an, and said: Respecting the three principles of "judgment by right, justice and installments" should be given serious attention in the process of handling cases and issuing judicial rulings.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Hojatul-Islam and Al-Muslimin Mehdi Hadi, the Legal Deputy of the Judiciary, referring to the challenges in judicial proceedings, stated: More than 50% of actions in the judiciary do not lead to the issuance of a verdict and the termination of cases.

He emphasized: It is necessary to use legal capacities to solve this problem, and Article 89 of the Civil Procedure Law in the field of restoration of petitions can be an effective step to reduce this damage.

Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Hadi also added: The issuing of judgments by judges should ultimately lead to the complete resolution of disputes between the parties and prevent the re-establishment of legal cases in the judiciary.

In the continuation of the ceremony, Mohammad Jabari, the Chief Justice of Kurdistan, stated: Kurdistan Province has 16 jurisdictions, of which 10 jurisdictions are related to cities and 6 are related to provincial departments.

Referring to the lack of judicial and administrative staff in the province's judiciary, he stated: the amount of active human resources in the judicial staff of the province is 50% and in the administrative staff is 56%.

The Chief Justice of Kurdistan stated: The percentage of peace and compromise in judicial cases of the province is 30%, and we are trying to improve this rate by using people's capacities.

He added: During the provincial visit of the Honorable Head of the Judiciary in 1402 to Kurdistan, it was approved to recruit 100 judges to the province.

The Chief Justice of Kurdistan also emphasized the necessity of protecting public rights and treasury and its role in gaining public trust and increasing social capital, and requested to pursue the amendment of Article 100 of the Law of Municipalities, Article 27 of the Agrarian Law related to Jihad on Agriculture, and Article 21 of the Mining Law.
