He added: If nursing services such as laboratory or imaging are insured, the patient will pay a portion of the cost as a deductible after receiving nursing services, and the original cost will be paid by the insurance company.

He added: The duty of authorized centers is to introduce people who provide real services. I must emphasize that the fees charged by licensed nursing service centers are lower than other centers, and at the same time, people with scientific and moral qualifications are introduced as nurses. Vescoui continued: Our plan is to organize nurses in the form of counseling centers and nursing services, whose licenses are issued by universities of medical sciences. People who are introduced for home nursing in this way have specialized qualifications for their job. In addition, identity documents, bad background and other such things are taken from them and they are qualified before starting work. In this case, the service centers will be responsible for the nurse's actions.

He added: Apart from this, the regulation of nursing services was revised and announced by the Minister of Health. One of the problems that nursing service centers had was related to the physical location of the office, which was changed in their favor in this review.

Despite this, most home cleaning service companies send people who have no expertise to their patients. Some doctors also introduce their nurses to the patient or the nurse herself communicates with the families in the hospital and goes to their homes for care.

Nemati clarified: In this situation, our license is pointless. We incur a lot of costs, but due to the fact that non-specialists interfere in this field, our work faces problems, while the tariffs are not related to the services provided. We are under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, we are controlled by inspectors and we have a lot of expenses, but in the end the benefits go to unqualified people.

Referring to another problem of nursing service offices, he said: Apart from all these cases, sometimes we introduce people who make an appointment with the patient after one or two sessions and do not pay 15% of the company's commission. All this has caused the offices to close.

Nemati emphasized: Tariffs have improved this year, but they are still insignificant. Nursing services are supposed to be covered by insurance, in which case the conditions of the offices will improve.
