Welfare Services Extended to 4,000 Blind and Visually Impaired People in Qom

At a ceremony marking World White Cane Day, Qom's Welfare Director-General reported that support services are being provided to some 4,000 blind and visually impaired people in the province.

The General Director of Qom Welfare announced the provision of support services to about four thousand blind and partially sighted people in this province during the commemoration of the International White Cane Day.
