Kazem Jalali said: The Middle East can provide the security of the region

Moscow, October 16. /TASS/. Kazem Jalali, Iran's ambassador to Russia, said: "The withdrawal of all American forces from the Middle East countries is the only solution to the conflict between the United States and Iran."

This diplomat told Vesti: "The only solution is for the Americans to leave the region. We can provide the security of the region ourselves and we do not need foreign actors from outside the region."

Previously, Brigadier General Mohammad Akrami Nia, the spokesman of the Iranian army, also called the withdrawal of American forces from the countries of the Persian Gulf as a condition for the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

On February 28, America and Israel started a war against Iran. The biggest cities of Iran, including Tehran, were attacked. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced a large-scale retaliatory operation targeting Israel. US military installations in Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Syria were also attacked. About 50,000 US troops are currently stationed in the Middle East, according to the Pentagon.
