The mayor of Region 16, referring to the utilization of the comprehensive system "Where is the document", considered this action as a new step in the direction of transitioning from the traditional administrative system to intelligentization, maximum transparency and acceleration of the financial processes of this region.

According to the report of Ambassador of Arjan, Hossein Kashanipour said about this news: Urban management in Region 16, with the aim of transitioning from the traditional administrative system to the intelligentization of processes, has taken an effective step by using the "Where is the document" comprehensive system. This system is not only a software tool, but it is the basis of changing our administrative culture towards maximum accountability and transparency.

The mayor of Region 16, while explaining the tangible achievements of the implementation of this system in urban management, stated: With the use of the "Where's the Document" system, the circulation of documents has been significantly accelerated, which, in addition to speeding up the financial processes, has resulted in the reduction of handling time and the improvement of productivity in all units. Also, with the strict control of access levels and full guarantee of document security, researcher's administrative transparency and the risk of missing documents has practically reached zero.

He continued by emphasizing the establishment of a data-based decision-making system: the possibility of real-time reporting at different managerial and expert levels has provided an efficient and powerful tool for identifying executive bottlenecks and monitoring the performance of experts. This all-round transparency in the flow of cases has strengthened the trust of the stakeholders, especially the contractors, and has laid the groundwork for their maximum satisfaction and the successful continuation of construction projects and urban services in the region.

Today, the Information Technology Department acts not only as a support unit, but also as the "thinking brain and strategic arm" of the region in the path of digital transparency, and its role in the sustainability of this success is undeniable.
