Steven Ogg, known for his role as Trevor Phillips in GTA 5, acted for years as if the game didn't exist at all; But now, after 13 years, he has reconnected with his role and the popularity of this work.

Over the past few weeks, he has participated in a series of GTA 5 streams hosted by Ned Luke, who plays Michael. In the latest episode of this show, Ogg not only talked about the existence of GTA 6, but also showed his interest in the sequel of this game and even offered to stream it with Luke.

This change of position seems very significant compared to February 2025; While Ogg dismissed the popular notion that he hates GTA, he still insisted that he has no plans to play GTA 6. Apparently, his opinion has changed in the meantime, and he's now talking more enthusiastically about Rockstar's next big game.

Og suggested in a conversation with Ned Luke:

When GTA 6 comes out, we should do the same with the new version. Because obviously there will be a lot of differences and talking about the animations and other details of the game can be interesting.

Ned Luke also agreed with Ogg's suggestion and explained that he plans to finish the GTA 5 experience before the release of GTA 6 on November 19 (28 November) so that he can go live the new game without interruption. In the following, an interesting conversation took place between these two; Ogg asked Luke if he was in contact with the game developers. He seemed to mean Rockstar. Apparently taken aback by the question, Luke replied in the negative after a brief pause and gave a nervous laugh. Og also turned mischievously in his chair.

Luke said in response to his colleague's behavior:

You look exactly like one of those people we see at Comic Con events!

In response, Og said jokingly:

I can tell you everything, but then I'll have to kill you!

Ogg then spoke again about his interest in GTA 6, explaining that he is curious to know the cast of this version and to see how the characters in the new game differ from the characters in GTA 5; According to him, he has gradually gained more information about it over the past 12 years.

I am curious about the actors and the game itself. I would like to compare the characters of this version with the characters of GTA 5; A game that I have been getting to know more and more every day for the past 12 years.

Of course, from Ogg's tone and rather vague way of speaking, it's hard to tell for sure if he's really excited for GTA 6 or if he's just joking with his old friend and colleague. However, whether this passion is serious or part of their friendly banter, Aug's new stance is a big change from the past; When he seemed to prefer to basically ignore the existence of this game series.

GTA 6 game will be released on November 19 (Aban 28) for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

The GTA game series has an adult age rating; Therefore, it is necessary for families to monitor the access of children and teenagers.
