Ayatollah Ghorbani Laid to Rest in Gilan

The body of Ayatollah Zainolabedin Ghorbani, former representative of the Supreme Leader in Gilan and Friday prayer leader of Rasht, was laid to rest on Wednesday morning (22 Mehr 1405) at the holy shrine of Aqa Seyed Jalaluddin Ashraf in Ashrafiyeh, after a funeral procession in Lahijan attended by various segments of the public and officials.

The body of Ayatollah Zainul Abdin Ghorbani, the former representative of the religious jurist in Gilan and Friday Imam of Rasht, was buried on Wednesday morning (22 Mehr 1405) in Lahijan, in the presence of various levels of people and officials, in the sacred shrine of Agha Seyyed Jalaluddin Ashraf at Astana Ashrafieh.
