Faith in God is the most important spiritual support of the Iranian nation against enemies

Ardestan- Imam Jumeh of Ardestan said: defensive ability, along with spiritual capitals, including faith in God and belief in religious teachings, plays a role in the standing of the Iranian nation against threats.

In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Hojjat-ul-Islam Hassan Deshiri said, referring to the importance of material and spiritual strength in confronting the enemies, the Holy Quran, while emphasizing the necessity of preparation against threats, has warned Muslims against neglecting their own facilities and capacities. An issue that is more important to pay attention to in sensitive situations.

Referring to verse 102 of Surah al-Nisaa, he added: The Holy Quran warns that the enemies are waiting for the Muslims to neglect their weapons and facilities in order to use this opportunity to attack and strike. Therefore, knowing the enemy, knowing his goals and maintaining vigilance are important necessities of Islamic society.

Imam Jumeh of Ardestan pointed out: Negligence can prevent people and society from correctly recognizing the conditions and using the existing capacities properly. Therefore, we should always be careful that the enemy does not take advantage of our inattention and neglect to advance his goals.

By raising the question of what are the real capitals and weapons of a nation, Dashiri clarified: A country's capabilities are not limited to military equipment, but besides material facilities, there are also spiritual capitals that play an important role in strengthening the spirit and will of the people.

Referring to verse 60 of Surah Mubarakah Anfal, he said: In the Holy Qur'an, God orders Muslims to prepare their strength and resources to face the enemies. Based on this, having a defense capability and trying to strengthen the country's capacities are important issues in maintaining readiness against threats.

Referring to the country's defense and missile advancements, Imam Jumeh of Ardestan added: The efforts of defense industry experts and activists in developing missile and weapons power is a part of the country's material capacities to deal with threats. However, the importance of the spiritual weapon and the religious support of the society should not be neglected.

Dashiri continued: No matter how big a country has defense facilities and equipment, strengthening the faith, hope and spiritual spirit of the people is also important. Because these factors can play a role in the stability of society and maintaining its will in difficult situations.

Emphasizing the place of faith in God in the history of religions, he said: Faith in God is one of the important factors that can be seen in the life stories of divine prophets and their resistance to oppressive powers. Including Prophet Moses (pbuh) against Pharaoh and Prophet Ibrahim (pbuh) against Nimrod who relied on their faith and stood on the path of divine calling.

Imam Juma of Ardestan noted: The Prophet (PBUH) also stood against the opponents and enemies of Islam, and the life of the Prophet and Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) presents examples of steadfastness in the path of truth to Muslims.

Referring to the incident of Karbala, Dashiri added: The standing of Imam Hussein (a.s.) and his companions against the enemy's large army is an example of adherence to belief and standing on the path of truth. An event that has become one of the most important examples of courage, sacrifice and resistance in Islamic culture throughout history.

Referring to the victory of the Islamic Revolution led by Imam Khomeini (RA), he said: Belief in God, belief in the purpose and companionship of the people are among the issues that should be taken into consideration when examining major historical and social movements.

Referring to a memory of Martyr Morteza Motahari about his meeting with Imam Khomeini (RA) in Paris, Imam Juma of Ardestan stated: In this memory, it is narrated that Martyr Motahari, after returning from the visit of the Imam, in response to his friends' questions about his characteristics, mentioned four types of faith; Faith in God, faith in people, faith in the chosen path and faith in the goal.

Dashiri continued: This shows that faith in God, along with trust in people, belief in the path and belief in the goal, can be effective in forming great movements and overcoming difficulties.

Referring to the role of trust in difficult situations, he pointed out: in the Quranic teachings, trust in God is one of the factors that strengthen the peace and stability of a person in the face of problems; As Prophet Musa (pbuh) emphasizes on divine guidance and companionship by stating the theme of the verse "Inna ma'ai Rabi Sayyedin".

Imam Juma of Ardestan added: Beside the effort and duty, a believer should also trust in God and not allow the threats and show of power of others to weaken his hope and will.

Emphasizing the necessity of paying attention to prayer and recourse to the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.), Dashiri emphasized: Another spiritual capital of the Islamic society is communication with God and recourse to the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.); A topic that has been emphasized in religious teachings and recommendations of religious elders.

He said: Reciting the pilgrimage of Ashura, supplicating prayers, and supplicating prayers are among the acts of worship that believers are interested in, and people should maintain a spiritual connection with God in their personal and social lives and not neglect to pray and ask for help from God in difficult situations.

Imam Juma of Ardestan added: "Prayer has a special place in Islamic culture and can provide the basis for strengthening hope and attention of man to God." Therefore, we should not forget our spiritual connection with God under any circumstances.

Referring to verse 173 of Surah Al-Imran, Dashiri pointed out: In this verse, when the believers faced threats from the enemies, their faith increased and they declared that God is sufficient for them and is the best support. This Quranic teaching emphasizes the importance of faith and trust in facing threats.

He continued: military display of power, display of equipment and threats of enemies are done with the aim of creating fear and weakening the will of nations; But a society that has faith, awareness and the spirit of resistance can stand against these pressures by maintaining vigilance and relying on its capacities.

Referring to the place of Ashura culture and Mahdism in strengthening the spirit of resistance, Imam Juma of Ardestan stated: Ashura culture, belief in the appearance of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and the place of religious authority are among the components that are important in Shia beliefs and can play a role in strengthening hope, responsibility and social stability.

Dashiri stated: Ashura culture puts the model of sacrifice and sacrifice in front of the society, and the belief in Mahdism also strengthens the hope for the future. Along with these two, religious guidance and knowledge of religious duties can help intellectual and social cohesion.

Emphasizing the necessity of strengthening the religious foundations of the society, he stated: If religious beliefs are based on correct knowledge of the Quran and hadiths, people will have more intellectual support in the face of propaganda and external pressures. Therefore, the strengthening of religious knowledge should be considered.

At the end, Imam Juma of Ardestan emphasized that faith and spiritual power should be placed alongside effort and practical preparation, and noted: Islamic society needs vigilance, strengthening of spiritual capital, maintaining hope and fulfilling responsibilities in order to overcome difficult situations, and paying attention to material and spiritual power at the same time can be effective in the stability and cohesion of the society.
