Public and student sports should be prioritized in sports programs

Parsian - Interim Imam of Parsian Juma, stressing the need to develop public and student sports, said: Sports is one of the important educational, cultural and social tools in addition to its effective role in the health of the society.

According to Mehr reporter, Hujjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Hussain Abdulahi, in his Friday prayer sermons, referring to the arrival of the blessed birthday of Hazrat Zainab Kabri (pbuh) and Nurse's Day, stated: Nursing is not only a profession, but a combination of service, sacrifice, responsibility and high human values, where nurses are the companions and comforters of patients in the most difficult situations.

Appreciating the efforts of the nursing community, he added: "The nurses of our country have shown their loyalty, dedication and commitment to the people in various fields, from the era of holy defense to the corona epidemic and the recent wars, and the Iranian nation appreciates the efforts of this hardworking class."

The need to strengthen public sports among Persians

Referring to the arrival of 26 October, the National Day of Sports and Physical Education, the Imam of Parsian Juma considered sports as an effective factor in shaping the culture and improving the health of the society and stated: As the martyred leader emphasized, a strong Iran needs strong sports and we must witness the strong presence of our country's athletes in various international arenas.

Abdulahi also congratulated Iran's under-23 wrestling team on its success in the American international competition, calling this success a source of pride for the Iranian nation and emphasized the importance of the successful presence of the country's athletes in international arenas.

Referring to the system's general policies in the field of sports and physical education, he said: public sports, student sports and the development of sports as a cultural, social and sports goal should be given serious attention.

Criticizing the lack of public sports programs in this city, the Interim Imam of Parsian asked the authorities to plan for the expansion of sports activities, especially in the seasons when the weather conditions are more suitable for outdoor sports.

He added: Student sports are an educational necessity and should not be neglected. Also, the sports and youth department of the city should work more diligently to develop infrastructure and expand sports activities.

Emphasis on people's participation in Empathy Fridays

In another part of his speech, Abdulahi appreciated the initiative of Imam Juma Parsian for the implementation of the "Fridays of Empathy and Untying Knots" project and said: "This project has been well received in recent weeks, and in its form, the problems of needy people, patients and low-income families are identified and reported in the mosque.

He asked the worshipers to participate in this pious action according to their financial ability and added: People's support can be the basis for solving some of the problems of the needy Ambassador Arjanan and strengthening the spirit of empathy in the society.

The real power is in the unity and presence of the people

Referring to international developments and the consequences of the recent war, Parsian Interim Imam said: "Some analyzes and statements in the American media also show that these developments have exposed Iran's power and capability to the public opinion of the world more than before."

He stated that the issue of nuclear weapons should not be considered as the only cause of tensions, and added: The main issue should be sought in regional and global power and balance equations.

Emphasizing the role of the people in the authority of the country, Abdulahi said: The best support of the Islamic Republic system is the people, and as Imam Rahel emphasized, the people are the all-rounders of this system and the country. Whenever people are in the scene, it is possible to overcome problems and face the pressures of the enemy.

He considered the continuous presence of the people in support of the system, revolution and leadership as a sign of Iran's social power and stated: The presence of the people in the square has a clear message for America and the Zionist regime and shows that the main capital of the country is the unity, empathy and support of the nation.

Emphasizing the strategic role of the Strait of Hormuz

Referring to the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz, the temporary imam of Parsian Friday emphasized the role of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in providing security and defending national interests, and expressed his views on Iran's continued resistance to the pressures of the United States and its allies.

He also pointed to the importance of popular support for the country and pointed out that the experience of the developments in the region has shown that foreign powers cannot dominate the equations of the countries of the region forever and what will last is reliance on the people, faith and national unity.

At the end, Abdulahi emphasized the necessity of maintaining national unity and the continuation of people's support for the country, and expressed his hope that the nations of the region will follow the path of independence and honor by recognizing the realities of global developments.
