Industrial Power Quota Approved for Winter

A spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade announced the approval of an allocation of 16,550 MW of electricity for industries and said the quota will be implemented in the second half of the year to sustain production and support employment.

The spokesman of the Ministry of Security announced the approval of the allocation of 16,550 megawatts of electricity to industries and said: This quota will be implemented with the aim of continuing production and supporting employment in the second half of the year.

Ambassador of Arjan-Economic Group: Ezzatullah Zarei - Spokesperson of the Ministry of Security - explained the statistics of the country's power generation capacity and the issue of power supply to industries: the capacity of power plants installed in the country is about 99,200 megawatts and the power generation power of these power plants reaches 87,000 megawatts.

Referring to the emphasis of the President and our emphasis in the Ministry of Silence and that the role and impact of industry in economic growth, employment, people's livelihood and family peace, it is clear and clear that they should not be the priority of electricity limitation, he said: For example, the refrigerator is in the house, if there is no product in it, the fact that it is turned on alone has no effect on people's lives; Therefore, if we want the refrigerator to be full and the electricity to work, we must allow production, which is the backbone of the country's economy, to function properly and continue so that the society feels safe.

Appearing in a television program, Zarei emphasized: 16,550 megawatts of electricity have been divided among all industries, and this matter has been announced to the industries, and after the plan was approved in the Supreme Energy Council, with the support provided, we hope that it will be implemented more calmly in the second half of the year.

He said about the implementation time of these programs: at the beginning of the second half of the year or in the first two months when the country has not yet entered the cold season and does not have the peak of heat, the electricity of the industries must be fully established so that they can produce better; Of course, with the support of the president, we did not have a power outage in the industrial towns for almost a month in the summer, and even now, if there is an outage somewhere, it may last for a few hours, and based on this, the situation in the industrial towns is in a better condition.

The CEO of Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran announced the reduction of power outage days in 48 industrial towns from two days to one day a week and emphasized on supporting the continuity of production units.

Following the order of the President and the coordination between the Ministries of Power and Security, the cut-off power limit of production units in Tehran province was reduced from three days to one day a week; An action that has been welcomed by producers.

The damage caused to Tehran's production sector during the war has now entered a new stage; From filing and free damage assessment to providing liquidity and rebuilding units that have lost part of their equipment and machinery, a process that has so far brought back part of the damaged units to the production line.
