A man from Tehran, who killed a person in a fight with a drunken neighbor and his family, was arrested in one of Malair villages after escaping.

According to Ambassador Arjan, on the evening of Sunday, the 19th of Mehr this year, a conflict occurred between two families who lived next to each other in Bagh Faiz neighborhood of Tehran. They killed each other, and in the meantime, a young man was injured with stab wounds. Also, 2 of his mother's fingers were cut off and the other son of this family was injured by stones on his head and died the next day in the hospital.

By the order of Mohsen Afchii, the homicide investigator of the Tehran Criminal Prosecutor's Office, the investigation by the officers of the 10th Directorate of the Tehran Intelligence Police began to arrest the perpetrators of this conflict.

It was while the officers investigated the witnesses of the incident that it turned out that the neighbor was a drunk man who first had a fight with a motorcycle courier on the street.

After that, he disturbs the neighbor's woman, who went to the motorcycle courier to get ordered food, and the drunken young man's behavior causes her husband and the rest of her family to come to the street and fight with her. His mother and brother entered the story to end the fight and the crime continued.

During the investigation, several members of the family accused of escape murder were arrested by the police. But he was still a fugitive until Thursday, the 23rd of Mehr this year, when his hiding place was discovered in a village house in Malayer city. Officers were sent there with a judicial order and arrested him.

During the initial police investigation, the accused of murdering a 27-year-old said: I got married 6 months ago. I own a restaurant in Farahzad. That night, my wife went out to receive the food that the courier had brought. His return took a little longer. When he came, he was pale, and after talking to him, I realized that the man next door was drunk and disturbing him.

I got angry and went to the street and had a fight with him. During this conflict, the neighbor man along with his brother and other relatives attacked me and beat me. Then I asked my restaurant workers for help and they came to the place. Later, another fight took place, and taking it up, I attacked the neighbor, his brother and other people who had joined them.

He added: I hit the drunk man's brother and he was injured, but I don't know who injured the drunk man and his mother in that fight. Later, when I found out that the young man had died, I ran away from Tehran and went to a village in Malair. I was hiding in the barn of the village house. The police was looking for me, and out of fear, I went to the smugglers and paid them. They were supposed to come to the village and take me with them to Türkiye, but a few hours before they arrived, the police identified my hiding place and I was arrested.

The accused of murder was transferred from Malayer to the 10th Directorate of the Tehran Intelligence Police for further investigation.
