CEO of West Tehran Water and Wastewater: Eight Water Projects in Safadasht Completed in One Year

According to Mehr reporter, Hossein Nouri, the CEO of West Water and Sewerage Company of Tehran Province, announced the implementation of eight water projects in Safadasht region on the sidelines of the opening of the 10,000 cubic meter drinking water storage tank and the Shahid Rouhi pumping station on Tuesday afternoon.

According to him, these projects have been implemented since last year's government week with a credit of about 1850 billion Rials, equivalent to 185 billion Tomans.

According to the list provided by Nouri, these plans include the following:

Construction of a 4 thousand cubic meter reservoir in Amirabad and its pumping station; The construction of this tank has been done with the clearing method with the municipality

The construction of a 500 cubic meter tank in the village of Shesh, which has also been implemented with the municipality

Implementation of the transmission line with a length of 4 thousand meters

Drilling and equipping eight new wells

Re-engineering and bottoming of four wells

Improving the distribution network with a length of 6,500 meters

The CEO of Abfa Gharb of Tehran province said that these projects were done to strengthen the water infrastructure, increase the storage capacity and improve services to the residents of Safadasht.

He added that by exploiting them, the water supply and distribution capacity in this region has increased "significantly" and a step has been taken to reduce the water tension and the stability of the network.
