According to Mehr reporter, Mohammad Reza Ahmadi Sangri on Thursday evening at the celebration of the birth of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) and the celebration of Nurse's Day, with appreciation for the nurses, exemplary employees and retirees of the Gilan Social Security Treatment Administration, expressed appreciation for the efforts of the nurses: the commitment to serve the people is one of the duties and nurses, in addition to fulfilling their duties, serve the people selflessly.

The representative of the people of Rasht and Khammam in the Islamic Council, congratulating Nurses' Day and honoring the memory of health martyrs, especially Martyr Quaid, appreciated the Gilan Social Security Treatment Management Complex and added: Hazrat Rasool Akram Hospital (PBUH) is superior to other hospitals and the existing deficiencies will be followed up in a meeting with the CEO of the organization and God willing.

Referring to an experience from the war and an Iraqi doctor and nurse dealing with him, he emphasized the necessity of commitment in providing services and said: We must announce outstanding works; Nurses sacrifice in addition to their duty.

The shortage of nursing staff must be resolved

Another representative of the people of Rasht and Khammam in the Islamic Council, Jabar Koochinijad, also expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the nursing community in this ceremony: social security nurses are always at the forefront of serving the insured and retirees, despite the double pressures caused by the lack of staff, and they deserve the all-round support of the authorities.

Emphasizing the necessity of speeding up the recruitment test to supplement the human resources of medical centers, he added: Recruiting new workers in the nursing and treatment sector is not a choice, but an inevitable necessity.

The representative of the people of Rasht in the Islamic Council also considered the completion of the clinic and angiography complex project of Gilan province as one of the priorities of the Social Security Organization and said: Completion of these projects will help facilitate people's access to specialized medical services.

In the end, Kochinejad said: We are fully prepared to follow up on the approvals and remove the obstacles facing the treatment management of Gilan social security at the national level.
