Islamshahr Metro: A Project Whose One-Year Fuel Savings Cover Its Entire Cost

The head of Regional Office One of the General Inspection Organization, citing the cheaper and faster construction of the Islamshahr Metro compared with similar projects nationwide, said: Wherever others plan to build a metro, they should follow the Islamshahr Municipality's example. The project saves about $17.5 million in fuel annually.

Referring to the cheaper and faster implementation of the Islamshahr metro compared to similar projects in the country, the head of one country region of the General Inspection Organization said: Wherever they want to build a metro, they should follow the example of the Islamshahr municipality. This project brings about 17.5 million dollars in fuel savings annually.
